I think u only need it for oral steroids....not much need when injecting....just m opinion...but i've read quite a bit on it.

Most of the guys that I know only take Milk thistle only when taking orals becuase orals miss the first pass on the liver because they are 17aa. Also in the old days but still used and I have used it when taking orals is LIV 52. I would say use LIV 52

As long as you aren't abusing orals, drinking and using NSAIDs you will be fine. Your liver regenerates itself , you could cut half it out and it would grow back. All milk thisle ever did was dehdrate me putting more of a strain on my kidneys. Don't abuse gear, don't drink and consume plenty of water. Spend that money on food.
