AI dosages for 500mg/week with arimidex and aromasin?

what would be the most benefit dose to take for a 500mg/week 10 weeks cycle using arimidex ? and what about with aromasin ? not enough to drive estro too low just to prevent gyno symptoms.

arimi is so expensive if your only using 500mg a week i would just use 10 or 20mg a day of nolva. It should prevent gyno and help keep water ret low

why would you choose arimidex over aromasin , doesnt aromasin block estro better?
