    mcg= micrograms mgs= miligrams

    Mcg (micrograms) are 1000 times smaller than mg (milligrams). For example, a drug that has a strength of .075 mg is equivalent to 75 mcg. Many drugs are measured in mg, but some are in mcg . A difference in a few decimal points can mean a major over/underdose! Hope this helps

    How many mg in 1 mcg? The answer is 0.001.

    mcg is 1 millionth of a gram. mg is the symbol for milligram, 1 thousandth of a gram.

    For example:
    100 micrograms = 0.1

    So, as your bottle is written, 1 pill = 0.10 mcg.
