Need a second or third opinion.
I want to start my cycle Monday which is as follows:
Methanoplex 50mg (5 tabs daily)
Cyp 250 - twice weekly = 500mg per week
Decaplex 300 - twice weekly = 600 mg per week
Stanoplex 50 - twice weekly = 100mg per week.
My height is 1.90 meters
Weight: 97kg
Age is 27
Body Fat is 25%
My diet will be as follows from tomorrow:
06:00am 6 Egg whites with 50g of Whey Low Carb shake and 1 scoop of peanut butter
08:00am 400g of chicken breat and 2 eggs (boiled)
10:30am 1 Banana
11:30am Carb Meal (Spagetti..etc)
12:15am Pre Workout Shake
12:30-13:45 Gym
14:00pm Coke
14:30pm Boiled Eggs and 250g chicken breast
16:00pm Post Workout shake
17:30pm 250g Mash and 1 chicken breast
19:30pm 300g rice with beetroot and 200g fish
before bed ill have 40g of Peanut butter
