testosterone levels

A bit of help please, i need to have a blood test done and i dont want to be detected with high test levels.

I have run 1000mg sust per week for 8 weeks, week 9 500mg week 10 250mg (this is the day before i go on vacation for 14 days),
When i return i need a blood test done. At what point would you go .Because of the deconoate ester i was thinking 21 days after my last shot. ( I dont run pct as i am on trt @ 150mg per week).After my blood test then back on trt.

I will have a private test done first where i get the results back immediately then my plan is if these are ok then straight to the other blood test.
