    238lb this morning

    Hi all

    Steve 23
    238lb
    6ft 4
    1 cycle exp, Test-e, deca and dbol .

    Hi guys, just finished 1st cycle, started at 217 end 238lb, stayed at 13% body fat,

    238lbs is heavy but dont look big at 6ft 4, just looking for feed back on what you guys think of gaining 21lbs? is that ok for 1st cycle? what would you say i could change next time? below is what i took.

    1-6 40mg dbol
    1-14 250mg test e
    1-12 200mg deca

    pct, 20mg tamox and letro run during at .25, got some gyno, but just puffy no lumps

    Double the test and deca .

    got you, split monday and thursday? also does anyone have any feed back on FST-7 training? used this during cycle seemed to work for me.

    Mon and Thur is good. If on cycle I believe fst-7 is good. Havent tried it though. What did it do for you?

    helped alot with both mass and shape, delts and quads looking much better my only main weak points now are calves and lower pecs.. bit worried about it causing me to overtrain off cycle but will just give it a go

    FST7 shouldn't cause overtraining unless you're dieting. I use it and will continue to.

    I *STRONGLY* recommend FST-7. The gains were phenomenal for me. I am a MMA fighter and this put size on me without comprimising my endurance. Love it.
