Letro While On Cycle

Okay for someone who is gyno prone what is proper protocol for taking letro on cycle and not killing all your estrogen because you need estrogen to gain weight.

Keep the dose very low, If you have liquid that will be easier than breaking up tabs as the tabs are often too high a dose. 0.25mg eod is a good place to start and move up the dose if needed.

even if prone, you dont think .5mg would be good. And do you start letro 2 weeks before cycle. Also is it necessary to have adex on hand to?

I personally wouldnt start it before the cycle. .5mg is still a fairly high dose, it's your call but don`t forget if you take too much you will hinder your gains from having no estrogen.

It is very effective so a very lose dose will work, if it doesnt you can always increase as needed.

and i should do that EOD and if increase is needed should i take .25 ED or .5 EOD

Yeah that should keep you covered, just start at .25mg eod then go to .5mg eod if necessary then you could go to ed if that didnt work but I highly doubt you will need to do that.
