Friggin Back Pumps....
On 50mg of Dbol for 3 weeks now. These back bumps are miserable. Fvck this shit. Is there an oral out there that doesn't do this? I had legs and shoulders today. Broke a few PRs slightly. However, when I warmed up with my 1st set of squats, all hell broke loose. Anyway, are the pumps on Tbol as bad as Dbol? Let's say 60mg Tbol vs 50mg dbol. I need to switch this oral out because this is bullshit lol

yeah m8 its shit, i couldnt squat or dlift while on dbol , couldnt even walk the dogs, tried all the usual stuff to relieve it but to no avail, h8 the stuff now

i agree with the back pumps, walking to class is miserable, let alone trying to get in a decent leg workout! i would say fck dbol and start with propionate instead!

At least you know your Dbol is GTG. Try extra water intake, eat a couple bananas for the potassium, and I have heard taurine helps but I never tried that myself.

i tried all tht shit, makes no diff, be wary of the pottasium intake, i'd tests done afta my 3rd cycle and pottassium levels came back dangerousily high, i was only eating 2 bananas a day!! to think i was gona but potassium tabs, just shows how something small can fvck you up

also try taurine at a few grahms a day. i never got back pumps when i did dbol , just muscles lol.

I have always used taurine for back pumps and it works wonders for me. I use 6g/day spaced at 2 morn, 2 pre w/o, 2 bedtime. Drinking lots of water will help a lot too.

I almost had to stop doing morning cardio because of the dbol pumps, and then I tried this before hand, and it seems to work. Try 1g of taurine and 650mg of Aspirin (should be 2 tabs), and some caffeine (cup of coffee for me). It's helped a lot, give it a try.
Funny enough I only got workout backpumps (couldn't squat at all) from tbol, but walking backpumps from dbol, and horrible calvepumps from tren . Haha, I know it can't be related like that, but it's been like that for me for some reason or another.

Id rather have bad pumps then no pumps at all, atleast you know you got good dbol . If you dropped your dose to 35-40mg they probably wouldnt be as bad. I would get pumps just washing my hair in the shower lol.

Hey guys thanks for all of the replies. I have heard about potassium for a while, as well as Taurine. I am going to give those a shot.
Vishus, I think that I am going to go with a faster acting ester next time lol. Something to add to the Test Enanthate . If all orals are like this then I will have to pass. I have to be able to run long distances at my job.
Oh and about drinking coffee..... wouldn't the caffeine raise blood pressure? I have not gotten my blood pressure read yet, but I know it is off the charts. I get terrible head pressure towards the end of the day, and I have had a little blood come out of my nose in the gym. I just started taking celery seed extract and hawthorne berry again. HOpe it helps.
I am confused about the dbol though. Yeah I get bad back pumps.... but the lifts aren't increasing like I thought they would. They are going up slightly. But I just started week three, so I might really feel it this week. I only have one prohormone cycle in my experience. No AAS. And that prohormone was Spawn. The pumps were not as bad as Dbol, and I got stronger faster. Either way, I am not dissapointed. I know that my test should be kickin in at about the 5 week mark. Thanks again for the replies.... and if the pumps on Tbol are just as bad, I may just get rid of them. I am going to research some fast acting injectable kickstarts. Thanks

I practice a more strict form and some days I have to scale the weight back... Some days my workout gets cut short or I have to substitute exercises, but not as often as I make it sound. I can't use Tylenol or fight through the pain because that will just tighten the wrong muscles even more, and make the lordosis worse. I do a lot of abs to try and pull my pelvis forward and I avoid stimulating my low back at all costs.

Back pumps and the shoulder pumps is the only draw back with orals.
2 sets of squats and I am crippled.

You get a tight feeling in your lower back. It feels like you slept on it wrong. It is just painful, like you got kicked by a horse. It feels like you just did romanian deadlifts with 600lbs. It is painful to walk. Lately I have been sitting down on the benches in between lifts because it hurts too bad to stand up

lol man 50mg dbol daily for first cycle is alot
just drop it down to 30-40mg, thats still very powerful and effective
if your sick of the dbol why not do half a front frontload of the remainder of your test
since ur running 500mg weekly, on your next injection, inject 500mg (double what u normaly would), thatll put ur blood levels to where they will be in the next 1-2weeks (when they wouldve peaked), and u can lower ur dbol dosage to 20mg daily for the last week (week 4) if you feel u need
i personaly dont like dbol since it bloated be like crazy and the back pumps were jus unbearable, screwed up alot of my workouts, use to get them even while training chest sometimes it was that bad
or when i drove a car, for some reason sitting like that iritated my back pumps

I didn't want to frontload since I am using Enanthate . I was unsure of how I would respond. I will be going into week 4 soon, so I do not see a need to frontload anymore. Yeah bro when I drive home from the gym my back frickin aches so bad. Even when I walk around the house, I have to walk like an old man. I will definately be dropping the dbol if I feel the test kick in early. The original plan was 50mg for 5 weeks. I just figured that I would need a higher dose since I started at 232 lbs
I counted my remaining dbol, just to make sure that I am on track, that I haven't been taking too many/too few. Apparantly over the last 2 weeks I have taken 66, when I should have taken 70. I also noticed that the dbol are two different colors. Thedy were two batch numbers. I bought them about 3 weeks apart. The dbol does look great though. Color is perfect and texture is great. Maybe the batches are dosed differently because sometimes the pumps are worse than other times. Today I have bad neck pumps (wtf?).
I have not did the all night screw with my wife yet. My order was broken in half. I recieved the Tren E, and the hCG . I am still awaiting the Cialisis. As soon as I get it I will log my quest lol. I already told her, and she is all for it

f.e yea i say just drop the dbol to 40mg
you may be a bigger guy, but your size was acheievable naturally, so 40mg dbol will still have a dramatic effect on you
plus most smaller sized guys run 20-30mg
so 40mg is still fair bit for guy of your size
just drop it down to 40mg, the back pumps arent going to get better if you stick to ur dosage

When I took M1T back in the day, I would get horrible back pumps. They suck and it's a pain that you can't just work through.

At the start of my cycle I was getting these same horribly painful back pumps you guys are talking about but it was all in lower back area. After I stopped taking the anadrol they started to get better but now my lower back is permanently swollen, I know this because I have been seeing a physical therapist and they confirmed it for me. Accupuncture and these little electric shock machines they use don't seem to help much anyone know how to get the swelling to go down?
