ok guys well i am 18been training for 3 years now, and im highly debating on whether i should start up my first cycle. i am 5'10 and 225lbs with a BF % of 16. I can now deadlift 450 for 2, bench 275 for 3 and squat 325 for 2. My diet is one of a powerlifter and my goals are to get as strong as possible.
