    Overtraining while on a cycle

Not sure if this question belongs here or in the workout section since it pertains to both.
I have read from various sources it is near about impoosible to overtrain while on a cycle, due to a faster recovery time. Anadrol/oxymetholone was used as an example.
Should I wait 3-4 days to hit the same muscle group while on a cycle? Or can I work the same group more often than that while on a cycle? Also is there anything I should specifically change about a diet while on a cycle?(I know the traditional bodybuilding diet and protein per lb, basic weight training diets)
    Thanks for the help

You still need rest man. If your not getting enough sleep and getting the rite nutrition then you will not grow.

You can definitely over train while on gear. You grow the most during sleep. Get plenty of rest. Listen to your body. If you feel sluggish, tired, achy, then you should take a break for a day.

I kind off did this on my first cycle. I hit every muscle twice a week with only one day rest. I worked out for like 2 hrs. I felt like superman. This time around I won't make the same mistake.

Another factor is the fact that less is more.

The goal with working out is to stimulate growth. When you work out you break down your muscles.

In other words, the less you train to stimulate the same amount of growth, the more you will gain. Of course finding this balance can be very hard.

In my personal experience tough training every muscle more frequently might not result in overtraining, but it might also give you no more gains. With 3-split i.e I´ve had pretty similar gains with 4 and 6 workouts a week.

Plus when your on you will want to push yourself harder...making an injury more likely...
