I made a thread similar to this but Just wondering what the benifits of a Test E cycle for 10 weeks could have for a triathlete? I know that it would help in recovery after tough workouts but could it help build lean muscle even though I will be doing so much cardio? will be lifting two times a week but either bike,swim,run 6 times a week. Also, would their be anything else I could throw in their to get better results?
