I just want to lose this body fat..i'm about 5', 175 lbs..so all i'm going to do is do cardio and a healthy diet and run some clen. i pretty much have gathered enough of info on clen on how to run it, but is this normally a wise thing to do...to do just cardio and dieting and clen? i really haven't read or found much on it..once i slim down, then i will start doing the P90X..i did that for a whole round and was happy with the results...i just need to lose some weight but am, once again, curious to see if running only clen and only doing dieting and cardio will help....i know it will ,but how much?
