Quick question... Does anyone have knowledgable advice about if it is a good idea to start a cycle at your peak/plateau? I have not been able to work out for a while (3 weeks) and had terrible eating habits (1 meal a day tops) for various work related reasons, but I was wondering if it would be better to get back to where I was then start (thinking like sus 300 a week, nothing drastic), or if I could start soon, by the time it kicks in, I would have already been back to where I was... I hope this is coming across right. Thanks
