A clean diet and strong excercise routine. Those two compunds stacked together shed fat like you wouldn't believe.

yeh it is but it will hurt you if you rely on it soley. take a anavar only cycle and you will cut up

slow down bro, your advise isn't bad most of the time, but this guy could be 60%bf for all we know, plus he's 19 years old. you advise cycles to just about everyone so far, chances are some of these guys might not be ready yet.

head to the diet forum, post up your stats, goals, and current diet and the guys there will get you on the right track
