Tamox Day or night? Your preference?

I take it before going to bed, sometime i got hard time to sleep, wondering if it could be tamox.

Yeah AL1N, might have to try this, but hey isnt the half life of tamox 14 days? Im wondering how much time does it makes effect into your body, could the half life just be the time you eliminate half of it or is it the actual time it is active? Should not be active in the body 14 days if we take it everyday.. Any of you know more about it? Im makin search for it but cant find this.

it shouldn't affect your sleep, but everyone is different, use it in the morning and you should be fine.

i always feel like shit for a day or two when i start so i'd start at night but i would spread the dose through the day.. i always end up just taking it in the morning because its easy to remember

I've never noticed any adverse effects while taking nolva so I take mine whenever during the day.
