My undergoing my 1st cycle as shown below.

1 – 16 Enan 400mg/wk (Mon/Thur)
1 – 15 EQ 400mg/wk (Mon/Thur)
18 – 24 Nolvadex 20mg ED
18 – 24 Clomid 50mg ED

I would like to ask if my PCT is enough? I saw many different PCT.

And actually, I planned to go on holiday.
I worried that I'll missed for a session(Thur). Like let say i inject on monday and i going on thurs for my holiday, coming back on sunday and i continue on the day after which is monday. would it break the circulation of the flow in my body.

Cut the cycle down to 12 wks max, drop the eq there is no need for it for your first cycle. What are your stats? how long have you been training for?

Agreed should lower it down to 12 week. Also I think novlo should be more.

Plus I noticed hardy anybody post their stats, training and diet when they post their first cycle over here. Seems very stupid to me. Makes me think they shouldn't be cycling at all.

Also, I would run it like this:

1 – 12 Test en 400mg/wk (Mon/Thur)
15 – 18 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 mg ED
15 – 18 Clomid 100/100/50/50 mg ED

HCG?
Blood work before the cycle and at week 12 in order to have the results before starting your PCT and adjust it accordingly.

I been training for about 2 yrs. As for my diet i avoid high carb like rice ... 2 egg in the morning with bread , afternoon noodle with egg. Night noodle soup with egg.
I not very sure for my BF.

You seem to be so concerned regarding your missing shot than your diet or cycle!!!

The cycle you posted was dangerous while the diet you posted is terrible.

Your diet is awful, its completely a waste of time and gear if your eating that while on cycle. You need to stop using AAS and do some research on diets and foods what build muscle, I advice you to go to the diet section and post your diet and ask for advice and in the mean time read the stickies in the diet section.....

You have no ide what your doing, so I would stop the injections straight away.
