    Test 400 and EQ

    im 23, 235lbs roughly 15% body fat at 6'0 tall.... running this as my 3rd cycle

    Test 400 @ 600mg/wk 1-12
    EQ 250 @ 250MG/wk 1-12

    I want to know about the sides and if this is going to help me acheive what im looking for. i want to be ripped at about 240 lean mass at about 10-12% body fat. the only downside to this is im not sure if i should weigh that much due to i have to be able to run 3-5 miles at a clip and being that heavy isnt good for running endurance. any ideas or suggestions??? let me know guys im on the line about this last one

    Personally I wouldn't bother with EQ at less than 600mg/week, 250mg/week is a waste.

    and what about the running big do u think ill have a problem being at about 240-245???

    What would be your reasoning for running 850mg/week test?

    well i figured the mixture of sust would be differnet im about to just change up the entire cycle to

    Test E 250 @ 600mg/ wk 1-12

    Test E 500mg/week Weeks 1-15
    EQ 400mg/week Weeks 1-14
    ....solid cycle

    BTW what did your first two cycles consist of??

    Side Note: EQ increases appetite so I guess it's not smart to use for Cutting cycle, right?

    Depends some get it some don't. I got increased appetite slightly @ 400mg/week.

    Sounds like it would be tough to keep my snacking desires in check if I stacked that with Tbol & Test E

    Not really. I jump started with tbol (50mg/day) for 5 weeks. Im in week 12 of 500mg test e 400mg eq. Clean and lean gains. Just have to eat clean and have your diet in check

    If/when I get hungry on cycle (which I almost always feeling satiated 24/7) i just down a shake. Carbs are your friend my man. They spare protein so it can be utilized for building instead of fuel. Carbs should be a great friend when trying to build.
