im 23, 235lbs roughly 15% body fat at 6'0 tall.... running this as my 3rd cycle
Test 400 @ 600mg/wk 1-12
EQ 250 @ 250MG/wk 1-12
I want to know about the sides and if this is going to help me acheive what im looking for. i want to be ripped at about 240 lean mass at about 10-12% body fat. the only downside to this is im not sure if i should weigh that much due to i have to be able to run 3-5 miles at a clip and being that heavy isnt good for running endurance. any ideas or suggestions??? let me know guys im on the line about this last one
