PLEASE HELP regarding being on for over a year....
Well just hoping you guys can help me out, I started steroids last December after 5 years working out great diet my age is 26 with test cypionate 500mg and have stopped at times and gone on again been about a year now...ive taken precautions my pct at times liquidex etc but I seemed to just stop after two weeks and start another cycle it got addicting....my problem is I want to come off permanently im done got my gains and am happy have a family and future wife to think about now...can you give me a pct for someone whoes been on for a almost a year...I don't want to permanently loose my libido gains etc or be infertile...please thanks I was going to do:
I am on 750 mg of Test Enanthuate presently thats all Ive only ever taken testosterone
Pct:
100/100/50/50 Clomid
40/40/20/20 Nolvadex
HCG 500 iu every third day untill pct for 4 weeks

I dont have your PCT answer, but i was ondering what your stats are before and after?

Lets see before was up to 180 before then dropped weight due to breakup lost 12 pounds in week and half....my 180 was all muscle 9% bf so took me years to get I have fast metabolism soccer too...my bench was 250 squat 300 or so leg press 650....biceps 16 and a half.
Currently on cyle:
bf 10%
Bench 350
Squat 500
Deadlift 450 maybe more
Leg press 900
biceps 18 inchs
weight 190 or so fluctuates ive been dieting lately to lose a little water weight
and chest and back god there just freaking huge Ill try and upload pics..and funny thing my balls have never shrunk either...

Wow bro, but in all honesty I would just man up and go see an endocrinologist. It's probably going to take a very serious and intense PCT approach to get you back and running.

AAS was a waste of time for you, Go seek professional help. No one can help you on this forum with all of the problems your about to undertake/.

Well I wouldnt call it a waste as I got freaky strong my goal was not to get super huge but be a strength competitor and for being 190 now I believe for my weight that's very impressive...but hope all goes well thanks to everyone who is posting
My stats were:all present day
Bench 350
Squat 500
Leg press 900
However I wish when I started I would have taken it more seriously as I have presently, but we all learn

I would drop the clomid after the 4th week and stay on nova at 20-30mg/ed for up to 8weeks and spread the hcg out for 8weeks also. at the end of which i would wait 2 weeks and get full bloods done, after bloods depending on what they say all ok or all bad, if good then get them done 2wks later to make sure, if not i would go back on nova and low hcg for 4more wks or panic and hit testP&testE(lol). Some people recover quickly but they train there bodies to recover this way by cycling however seems like you skipped that part.

If you've been on/off for a year I would take the safe road and go see an endo. You're young and you've got your whole life in front of you. Have a professional monitor your health and PCT.

I hate to make you feel bad bro, but my 16 yr old natural son was squatting 445, deadlifting 475, and had a 255 bench (always a week area for young lifters). He competed in powerlifting. If you've ever been at a powerlifting meet you would know the form must be perfect.
Your gains were quite minimal.

Your son has good genes indeed.
You've made solid gains, but you started to young (26), your libido is going to be zero. When I go off a good cycle, my libido sucks, but i'm 40 years old and have the family thing out of the way. You will probably be on HRT for the rest of your life, and from what i hear, its sucks bad.
You made a big mistake starting so young, with no family started yet, your new wife is going to be disappointed in your stamina

Doing the power pct that has been documented with studies for long cycles...so its:
HCG 2500IU EOD for 16 days
Clomid 50 mg twice daily for 30 days
Nolvadex 20mg per day for 45 days
Now the good thing is my balls are still same size gf agrees as well so not really worried....during those recovery weeks prob take some caberonline just in case as well Ill keep everyone updated so others can know what to do for long cyclesLast edited by DarkFalls224; 12-19-2009 at 12:51 PM.

Stamina lol before cycle was at an hr and half and that was after taking care of myself im not worried about only thing im worried about is infertility....your basing that off of someone with no cardio who doesnt run etc...5 miles every two days and other activities with the fiance

He's 5'10" now, 18 yrs old. He had made it up to 210 lbs at 17, but a little too much fat. Then met a girl, stopped lifting, started smoking (tobacco and pot) and then slipped all the way down to a pathetic 155 lbs. Broke up with his girlfriend 2 months ago, got back into lifting and now he's back up to a solid 178. I hope he's back to stay.

I would be one of the dumb asses that stayed on this long. I know what it's like. You feel great while you are on cycle, so why ever feel bad? Just don't come off. Because we are tearing up our bodies, that's why.
Here is what you need to do, from somebody as dumb as you: Get some test prop. Do 100mg every other day for three weeks. Add in some HCG at 500iu every day for those same three weeks. Three days after last prop injection start pct: clomid 100/100/50/50.....nolva 40/40/40/40/20/20/20/20. Eight weeks of nolva. You should take at least 40mg of clenbuterol every day as well. That will kill your appetite, so you will have to make yourself eat if you want to keep any size.
Now you are GOING to crash. Lethargy will take you over. There will be at least one day that you cannot get out of bed. Hope you have sick leave at your job. You are also going to need some viagra or cialis, because there will be considerable time that your dick won't work.
Last but not least, you are going to need to PRAY. There is a VERY good chance that you set yourself up for testosterone replacement therapy for the rest of your life. When I was this stupid, I was close to 40, so trt for the rest of my life wasn't that long. You, on the other hand, have your whole life to live out. So get on your knees, light a candle, rub buddha's belly, vodoo dance... whatever it is that you do, do a LOT of it in the next couple of weeks.

Son is pretty strong....but you said he got to 210 pounds I believe?....im at 184 off cycle lost about 4 pounds "water" but I must say with an extra 30 pounds or around 210 as well my max's would probably double considering my low body fat already so all in all that;s not really a fair comparison...I know plenty of people over 200 pounds who can lift heavy but with no definition and strictly for size, my goal was definition and low bf and keep able but slow gains....which is what I got and am happy with the results, I originally started about 165 so 20 pounds of keep able hard muscle with no to minimal fat gain is just fine with me not looking to be a freak
