I'm bout to start my first cycle Monday of sust 250 ..
250mg Monday morn
250mg thurday evening
pct clomid and nolvadex to start 18 days after last injection
Plan. I plan on running cycle for ten weeks
I'm 23 5'11 210lb 15% bf
My weight n bf is only as high as it is BC I broke my hand this past year n lost time in gym
My workout out is same muscles each day assigned I jus change up the workout from week to week to keep my muscles guessing
Monday - shoulders
Tuesday - back and tri and abs
Weds - legs
Thursday - chest and bi and abs
Friday - rest
Saturday - I try and get a crossfit wrkout in
Sunday - rest
Reps vary from 8-15 each week and sets from 3-5 I like supersettin sometimes
light cardio in am before breakfast 1 hour and 30 of cardio eod after. Wrkout
My diet
9 - egg white 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1/2 cup brown rice
12- shake and grilled chicken
3- chicken n broccoli
6-post wrkout shake n vitamins and some fruit
9- chicken n broccoli and 1/2 brown rice or pasta
11- shake
Looking for suggestions and help with this cycle .. And what type of result should I see .. Where should I pin ..Ne advice helps
