    Cutting Cycle

    Hi folks, my name is John and I'm new to the site and aas in general. I'm 26 yrs old, 5'10" and ~225lbs. I am happy with my size but would like to get my bf down. I have no idea what I'm at now but I've been working my ass off at the gym and my diet is pretty damn clean. I have never used anything aside from Creatine and looking to start a cutting cycle for the first time. I want to get lean, hard and vascular but don't want to jeopardize my health in the process. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance.

    What is your current bodyfat?
    And can I take a look at your diet?

    No idea of current bf, never been measured.

    My diet consists of mainly egg whites, tuna, tilapia, skinless chicken breast, cottage cheese, brown rice and a whole lot of water lol.

    I've always got the leanest with a clean diet. Like asked above, what is your diet? Not just what you eat, quantity per meal and x per day, thanks?

    It's pretty much the same thing everyday. Wake up and eat 500ml eggwhites cooked in the microwave with two slices of flax bread with peanut butter and a bananna. Glass or two of skim milk.

    Rest for an hour, take 1 spoon Creatine and hit the weights.

    1 scoop Whey mixed with skim milk post workout with two cans tuna (fat free Miricle Whip) or a footlong from Subway if I'm feeling lazy (no mayo or anything).

    Dinner usually consists of 2-3 chicken breasts, rice and/or potatoes. Sometimes I switch it up with cottage cheese and green beans. I hardly ever eat any red meat and when I do it's Steak that's been skinned as I don't eat any of the visible fat.

    In between meals I might have some fat-free yougurt or some nuts. I drink about 5-6L of water daily if I had to guess.

    Can anyone suggust a safe first-time cutting cycle?

    There's no secret cutting cycle.

    Sure, some compounds help more than others, but the bottom line is you can cut (or bulk) on any AAS, the trick is to manipulate your diet to suit your needs.

    If you don't have an exact diet, weighed portions with macros, you can't expect the drugs to do the work for you.

    I suggest you head to the diet forum, and give that diet a once over.
