Hi folks, my name is John and I'm new to the site and aas in general. I'm 26 yrs old, 5'10" and ~225lbs. I am happy with my size but would like to get my bf down. I have no idea what I'm at now but I've been working my ass off at the gym and my diet is pretty damn clean. I have never used anything aside from Creatine and looking to start a cutting cycle for the first time. I want to get lean, hard and vascular but don't want to jeopardize my health in the process. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance.
