Is Deca 100mg per week enough

Currently on first cycle Sust 250 x 2 wk, Hcg 250 iu x 2 wk, Nolva 10mg Eod.
Week 5 starts tomorrow.
The question is i have 8x 50mg Deca sitting there and just wanna know if i would get much out of 100mg wk for 4 weeks so from wk say 6 to 10 (12 wk cycle) how would that go. Would I inject 2x 50mg wk or just go 100mg wk.
I dont really wanna have it sitting around.

Because HCG should be used on cycle.

So you are pretty much saying not enough and would just be total waste? Its pretty much what i thought, is it more so because it wont kick in in 4 wks or because its just to low or both, baring in mind im on 500mg test already.

Im not gonna get into it and give advice as im a beginner as such, but its going to make it alot easier rather than restarting my boys with large amounts or Hcg after cycle , Seach Hcg or click on the link i provided before, there is some great info on it but as alot of Aas subjects there will be mixed feedback, some do some dont.

Deca starting dosage should be around 400mg/week, and due to the long ester it needs to be used for a minimum of 10 weeks. 100mg/week may give a little aid to the joints, that's about it.

i once took deca at 200mg pw and tht was a waste neva mind 100mg
