So, i made a big mistake, i started a cycle without doing enough research, and have since found these forums and im looking to educate myself.

Cycle Exp: none
Cycle (im 10 days into it)
1-4 10mg DBol/day
1 Reandron 1000 (Testosterone undecanoate)
obviously i need to get my diet and supplements in check so ill head over to that forum to get that sorted. im currently working out 6 times a week (and have been for months)
Monday - back/biceps
Tuesday - chest/triceps
Wednesday - shoulders/legs
thursday - back/biceps
friday - chest/triceps
saturday - shoulders/legs
sunday - rest
i realise i probably wasnt in the best position to start a cycle, but im 10days in now and trying to correct my errors. So my questions are:
is 10mgs of dbol to little even considering my small size?
what time during the day should i take my dbol?
what can i do to maximize my gains?
anything else i should know, apart from pct, ive got that sorted
