Rushed into a cycle, help!
So, i made a big mistake, i started a cycle without doing enough research, and have since found these forums and im looking to educate myself.
stats-
Age: 23
Height: 5"6 (165cm)
Weight: 125
BF%: 16
Cycle Exp: none
Cycle (im 10 days into it)
1-4 10mg DBol /day
1 Reandron 1000 (Testosterone undecanoate)
obviously i need to get my diet and supplements in check so ill head over to that forum to get that sorted. im currently working out 6 times a week (and have been for months)
Monday - back/biceps
Tuesday - chest/triceps
Wednesday - shoulders/legs
thursday - back/biceps
friday - chest/triceps
saturday - shoulders/legs
sunday - rest
i realise i probably wasnt in the best position to start a cycle, but im 10days in now and trying to correct my errors. So my questions are:
is 10mgs of dbol to little even considering my small size?
what time during the day should i take my dbol?
what can i do to maximize my gains?
anything else i should know, apart from pct, ive got that sorted

Based on your current weight my suggestion would be to: stop the cycle, ramp up your caloric intake with a clean bulk diet, workout hard(but make sure you give your body enough time to rest and rebuild the muscle) and wait until you see at least 10-15lbs. of natural growth before you begin a cycle. And yes this may take a year or so.
1st cycle= 5oomgs. test/wk for 14wks

I feel bad for this guy, using steroids at 125 pounds, I could curl him.
you can put another 25-30 pounds without even doing roids in like a year, with just a clean diet and a good workout regime. and 16% bodyfat is somewhat high also.
think how much fun it would be to get gyno at 125 pounds,

and you're overworking your muscles just a fyi, which is why you're prolly not growing if you been training for awhiled.

how the **** can you be 16% bf at 125lbs? you are SO not ready for steroids , 3 years of training first please

It's probably one of his friend that's like 150 pounds that said yea I took steroids and I became this strong /rawr /flex, lol... and gave him wrong advice on how to cycle roids and gave him a underdose of roids, go research because you seriously need to educate yourself.

im doing my best to educate myself now, hence why im here.
i probably should have been a bit clearer in the first post, when i started at the gym around 2 years ago i was ~100lbs, so i have already seen some natural gains, based on this would it still be best to stop the cycle and try for more natural gains first?
and bf is up because its the off season, come march time ill be doing less weight and more cardio, and the bf will drop again

basicly let me put it this way, I'm not even up for a cycle even thought i'm doing it now, I was 135 or less at 18 years old, I started training gained about 10 pounds per year give or take, and I started my first cycle at 23 at 187 pounds, which is a 50 pound increase.
I've learned how to diet, how to train, and to get my rest.
there is more to diet then what people think, I've switched my diet like 5-10 times to find out what worked for me.
also training 80% of the people in the industry can't even do proper form, by focusing there muscles, and isolating it, and always keeping it contracted whiled doing there negative sides.
now once you've got all of these things in check, then you got to decide are you willing to risk having to shoot urself with HRT for the rest of your life, or get gyno ect...
if you say yes to this, then the next question is, are you able to handle the mood swings and the dependencys of steroids ...
alot more is put into considration then just getting big just a fyi,

and ur not very tall, but I'm pretty sure you can put another 25 pounds natty in a year to a year and a half by just tweaking your workout regime and diet, and by then you'll be ready to jump on AAS if you're still comtemplating it.

seriously people think steroids these days are ****in candy, u wouldnt pop prescription drugs without reading the label or take supplements without finding out dosages, WHY WOULD U BE SO CARELESS WITH STEROIDS

ok, so based on this thread ill stop the dbol tab, but the test u pin is already done and will last anywhere from 5 to 10 weeks. should i be looking to maximise gains from this, or something else?

Get ur hands on some pct, asap, and start it around 10-14 days after ur last shot, get bloodwork done etc etc

10-14 days? reandron 1000 is supposed to work for medical conditions for 10-14 weeks, and ive been told will be good for gaining mass for around 5 weeks.
have i heard wrong or are u suggesting starting pct early?
edit: pct currently is Nolvadex

even if you're not on steroids or if you are on steroids, your workout routine, or diet shouldn't be fluctuating by much, so what do you mean by

sorry, pin = injection.
my cycle was supposed to be
1x10mg dbol tabs for weeks 1-4 to kick start a reandron 1000 injection, which is a test undecanoate.

what i mean is, is there anything i can do to get the most out of what ive already injected, such as changing my working plan, drinking more water, taking longer rest periods, any tips would be appreciated really.
as i mentioned, ive stopped taking the oral dbal, but the injection has already been injected, and will last for several more weeks. should i just start some pct, bearing in mind ive only taken about 100mgs of dbol over a 10 day periodLast edited by Gregstation; 12-21-2009 at 04:29 AM.
