    Hey guys, I am starting a cycle in early jan 2010. I have been training for 5 years. Got excellent muscle mass in the past 2 years but bulked alot to get my strength up to scratch. my biggest downfall was that I picked up bodyfat, to much if you ask me. Was because of my work time schedules and just a few heavy months that passed financially. but i am back my old self on jan.

    I am starting a new cycle with 1 x tren100,1 x nomasust 250,1 x dbol, 2 x winstrol tabs, clenbuterol, with clomid for cycle end. i am one of the few that use steroids on low dosages for long durations. my meal plan is good 8-10 meals a day low calorie. but gonna start the diet after festive season.

    Its been a year since i last used and it was testsusp, deca300 and growth
    the susp gave me bad acne, but my body binds very well with sustonon. I never used tren100 before and I know all the side effects.

    week 1-3: 1ml of sust; 1ml of tren100,
    hitting the d-bol in week 2 (5 tabs a day)10mg
    d-bol will last not for longer than 14 days personal choice

    week 4-5: 2ml of sust; 2 ml of tren100,
    starting winstrol tabs 5 a day through till the end

    week 6-7: 1,5ml of sust; 1,5ml of tren100

    using clenbuterol .5 ml a day 2 weeks on 1 week off (adjusting how my system responds)

    then pct with clomid

    Will this yield good results?

    Anyone used it before?

    Any advice on how i cycle?

    It will be appreciated thanx guys!!!!!!!

    My stats

    Age: 26

    Weight: 105 kg I think thats 230lb about (from south africa)

    Did cycle before.

    height and body fat%?

    No need to pyramid the doses.

    And saying 1ml tells us nothing without knowing the concentration.

    What's your injection schedule?

    1.63m with 21 % body fat
    like I said gained a couple of unwanted pounds.

    well tren will be 100mg a week to start going to 200mg and the sustanon will be 250mg going to 500mg a week.

    and sustanon on sundays and tren on wednesdays

    but why do say no need for pyramid what will you recommend??

    In your case, I'd recommend getting down to a respectable body fat before cycling,

    and to keep reading and researching.

    tren at 100mg/wk? You probably won't even feel any sides from that low of a dose.

    It makes sense i respect your comment but with a low carb diet, cardio and severe weight training I can get a jump start on the body fat, I really throw body fat off easily.

    what is a sutable dose of tren a week then? and will on 100 mg a week yield results?

    sure, you could hop on a cycle and cut body fat, but trust me, you'll have much better results if you cut naturally for a while, and then go on a cycle.

    Besides, from your posts, I still think you could use some more research.

    I honestly don't know if you will see results from 100mg/wk of tren. I've never used it that low.

    What were your previous cycles?

    sorry about the post, in south africa we got much different ways of talking every country has their own slang haha.

    if this helps i was 2 years back about 109 kg with a body fat of 11%
    got in a heavy car accident and lost a lot just the reason being not to injure myself.

    well used Deca 300 mg a week with growh hormone, with winstrol tabs.

    used sust 250 mg/week on max 500mg a week with deca 300mg/week with dbol 20mg/week

    I used it very safe with all vitamins necessary good diet plan.

    Is my dosages to low?

    It's cool.

    But my advice still stands, especially if you've been off for a while:

    I'd drop the tren from the cycle, cut naturally for a while, then bulk with a test cycle.

    If you do it right, you'll be very pleased with the results, and will will be much happier that you cut naturally.

    I had to take a few years off from training myself. It was real hard not to jump right onto a cycle, but I cut hard for a several months, then did a short, basic prop cycle...In the end I was glad I did.

    it make sense thanx. but if still is tren a good substance i read all i can about tren but not getting from a person self experiences. and that for me is the best knowledge one can get. But with this cycle can you maybe give me with your advice , advisable dosages I can use. And why with your previous post did you say not to PYRAMID?

    I told you, drop the tren. Run a simple test cycle. 300mg-600mg/wk.

    And why with your previous post did you say not to PYRAMID?

    It's an old school style of cycling, that I find completely unnecessary
    ^above in bold.
