from all my research if its oil you can mix both products which i have done so far threw my cycle and have put in the glute. but a friend of mine says i should not do that and should put the deca in the delt and the test E in the glute. is it going to make any difference if i do it seperatly vs togather. thanks for all advice

Your friend is wrong, you can mix deca and test in the same syringe
he was not saying i could not but i would get better results if i didnt sorry for not makeing that more clear above
