    tbol cycle - first time

    Hi,

    I'm about to start a 6 week cycle with tbol.
    I have never used steroids before and have some questions.
    I have been training for about 1,5 years.

    Is it good to use creatin while im on this cycle?

    I have been recommended 30 mg daily. Is it ok? I was thinking 40 mg.
    Do i use it every day or just training days? And if i will go out drinking a day, will i still take it?

    I was thinking to take 10mg 07.00, 20mg 15.00, and 10 mg 23.00..
    My plan is to gain muscles in 6 weeks and then use a clen cycle.

    Start at 40mg/ED IMHO. Split into 2 doses.

    PCT with Tamox or Clomid, or both low dose.

    In the summer body fat was 13% i will guess 23% now.

    why not clen after?

    Im not that into dis.. ED is every day? and what is IMHO?
    oki 2 doses. but when at the day? im training between 17.00-19.00

    Do not cycle, your age is not the right one yet.
    Also, in order to cycle your bf needs to be much lower than it is now.

    You can get a wealth of sides while taking a cycle with higher body fat. Gyno,higher blood pressure and more.

    if your at 23% then i would suggest cutting first then bulking. work on the diet and consistent training. then consider a cycle. as mentioned there are greater risks cycling at a higher bodyfat.

    u asked about creatine on cycle, not totaly sure on specifics but no, u shudnt, somthin about when ur on cycle uv got creatine so taking exta supost to be hard on the kidneys ( i think its the kidneys ) its hard on somthin, use the creatine between cycles

    ^I prefer to use creatine on cycle as i feel there is a synergistic effect in combining the two. really personal preference.

    First cycle also.

    Advice, loose some BF and adjust your diet accordingly.

    You will be amazed as to what can be accomplished this way.

    Put the gear on the shelf for now.

    thanks for input but i will not diet anymore at this time. I have already been on dieting for a long period.. belive it or not.

    I will diet after this cycle.

    OP, get yourself professionally measured for bf, get a diet on track, the guys in tht section will help you out. dont listen to any prick on here with an attitude, they are just cowardly assholes who cant do it to any1 face to face

    road rage just a myth? mood enhancing isn't reality I guess, not myth these days.

    even thought you got a degree in sports dosen't say much, to be honest I know alot of people with degree in sports who don't know much.

    and I never kept my silence in the other threads, I'm just not trying to hi-jack every thread we decide to have a discussion in.
