lookn for advice
first time cycle i got deca 300 mg and testosterone cypionate 250mg
how many ccs of both am i gonna want to do? and how often. also i have a post cycle therapy and milk thistle. i really need a plan for all this. do i need anything els?

I'd focus on getting that body fat down...you'll be in much better position to build muscle once you do.

Honestly your body isnt ready to cycle. Having a pretty high bf% is going to create higher estrogen levels ultimatly giving you more sides including water retention to posible gyno. You need to get your diet dialed in for a while first, get your bf lower and body primed for the aas. You need to create an anabolic enviroment for the gear to work in or you will be wasting your money and not getting quality gains. Theres a good chance with your diet being off and bf being high that your bf will increase. Whats your diet look like?? No worries though, hold onto your gear and get your diet figured out, get ready then run it in a few months, while in the mean time hang around here and learn for yourself how and how much you should take.

i do cardio 4 times a week
been dieting pretty good

if you're 18% bf, you're diet isn't good even if you think it is, expecially if you cardio 4 times a week, you should be close to 10-12% bf.
and the reason why they say not to do roids before 15% bf, is basicly because your gonna have more estrogen and guess what? it loves fat..

Lets see what your diet looks like, honestly.
I think you should start a log or pics in the diet section and really dedicate yourself to getting your body primed. Everyone will be able to help you diet wise and this will give you the push you need to hit it real hard.
