Gear: Sustanon 250 @ 500mg/wk x 12weeks
PCT: Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Age:27
Weight:178
Height:5'10"
BF:~8%
Training Experience: 10 years - 4 years of complete body training
Previous cycles: yes Deca @ 200mg/wk x 6 weeks (yes I know it is flawed in many ways...lets not go down that road again)
Diet: 3600 calories/day.

Okay now all that sh*t is out of the way....you guys always ask

First, feel free to talk about anypart of what I have planned.
Second, I am going to use some finasteride (Proscar) however, I want to know if it is fast acting and I can start the Sustanon at the same time or if it is slower acting and I should wait until the finasteride kicks in. If so, how long until it is effeciently blocking the 5-Alpha-Reductase enzyme?

obviously the deca cycle was retarded...a waste of time money and dangerous to my health...no test no pct nada....

Im not mr know it all but my second cycle was sust300 (suposedly) eq and dbol, the i ran out of eq and all i could get was deca to go with my sust, then i ran ran out of sust and switched to super test becuase i was still running the deca, crazy ass cycle that messed me up i dont even remember what all i was taking it went on like that for 6 monthes took me like a year to feel normal again.

but knowing what i know now i would def run somkind of adndrogenic typ (like tren, dec, eq) with sust depending on ur goals

The cycle looks sound to me.

You should have some AI on hand, just in case.(adex,letro).

Do you have a receding hairline or prone to it?(family history)

Proscar takes awlie to start to work, so take that into consideration.

i persaonaly dont like sust becuase of all the different esters, i like just one good ester of test with tren or eq, and arimidex for pct with some hcg if you can get it. ( ive never been able to get it)

well, at this point I want to get up around 205. I have been advised to run a test only cycle since this will be my first "real" cycle. I see no reason why I shouldn't take the advice considering I need to see how I will react to Test. I do have tren ace but I am probably not going to f*ck with that right now.

well, Test E/P/C are all available also. Sustanon 250 has a decent following where I'm at right now because the different esters apparently help to keep a regulated release of Test in the blood. From what I have read that is beneficial to those being treated for anemia....but does that mean it is beneficial for bodybuilders? I don't know

Go to your doctor and ask for a full lipid panel and test level check.

They may ask why, but it really doesn't matter, he will run it anyways.

I would run HCG @ 250 iu's X 2 wk on cycle.

The doctors office will send a hard copy by mail to you, just ask.

They will let you know if something is out of wack.

AI's are easy to find, just click on the upper right banner.

im pretty sure sust is what cuased me to hav puffy nipples, when it happend i did some research and there was somthin about how injecting eod or e3d or howeber you do it that each ester is peaking and dropping off(for lack of better term) all at different times, higher risk of sides like gyno, other than the gyno i did hav good size and strenth gains right away

I like sust myself.

It cost more, but works well for me.

Sust was originally designed for TRT. The thinking was less injection protocol.

It has a following.

Cyp is mostly what is used in TRT today.

Sust does not make you more susceptible to gyno.

If you had itchy nipples, then you would of had that on any test.

So, I would pin 125 mgs eod wich equals 500 mgs total, right?

Next wk, its still 125 mgs, it just 3 injections total.

So, at the end of the cycle, (10/12 wks)it works out the same.(basically)

Don't get into the fine division of trying to fit this into a 7 day a wk thing.

You're really over thinking this.

People advocate shooting sust EOD to take advantage of the short esters in it.

You'll still have greatly elevated test levels, and you'll still build muscle.

You actually could shoot enth EOD, but for a cycle your size, you really won't need to. Twice a week will be fine.
