Thread: Bulking before cutting or cutting before bulking?

Bulking before cutting or cutting before bulking?

In your opinion, is it better to do a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle first?

If you do the bulking cycle first and the cutting cycle second, you get the benefit of seeing all the muscle you've gained. But you also stand the chance of loosing some of the muscle you gained while you're cutting (assuming you do a low calorie diet and something like Clen, not a cutting steroid).

If you do the cutting cycle first and the bulking cycle second, you'll loose some fat (and maybe some muscle) while you cut, but then you'll gain a lot of muscle and some fat on your bulking cycle.

So, which one is better in your opinion?

u should do a bulking cycle first becuase u shouldnt have a high bodyfat when u first start cycling, so their shouldnt be a need to do a cutting cycle

if you need to do a cutting cycle then ur better off dieting naturaly and then doing ur first bulking cycle

I am confused. Wouldn't a bulking cycle add fat?

ya but you should not be putting on tonz of sloppy fat that is not needed. You can bulk clean, and just by running test alone it will help with the fat burning. Plus when you are actually adding muscle to your frame you have to increase your calorie intake just to maintain.
