    Noob with couple questions....

    Hey new to the forum and got a couple questions
    im 23yrs, 5'9 and 135lbs
    have been working out pretty hard for last 2 months and currently
    using whey protein and whey weight gainer , have gained a little

    i have tryed used trembolne 75 and seen nothing, but before neg comments i now know i was not ready for them at the time due to lack of work out and not being consistent with what im eating and drink enough water.
    So i feel i am goin to give it a try again
    now my question is what should i start with and what dosages

    Hope i came to the right place for some help... thanx guys

    You are to young, even for pro-hormones.

    You are under weight.

    Go to the diet section and post your diet there.

    Then post your workout routine in the work out forum.

    Posting these will let the diet experts help you with your diet.

    Also, seeing how you work out will be of great help.

    I think it is a diet issue.

    yes, i know that as well, unfortunatley i have a fast metabolism and am trying to make up for that ... but if i were to do a cycle what would be my chances of seeing results? .. if i keep up my eating routines i just started to eat more and foods higher in protein and trying to up my calorie intake

    We can do that at a later date.

    24 egg whites, 5 shakes, 8 sweet potatoes, 2 chicken, 2 steak, 2 brocolli, 3 spoons of peanut butter, glumatine, bcaa,creatine = BEST STEROID CYCLE EVER

    too many shakes aint good, dont replace eating with them, they are only a supplement

    yeah i knw its not the OP, just want OP to knw tht food shouldnt be replaced by shakes , is all

    There is no doubt that you will get something from doing a cycle . May not be what you have in mind tho .

    The idea of posting diet to that section is you can get some solid advice from people that have seen results and been around . If protien is building blocks of muscle then why not eat 1000grams a day and you would be huge ? The idea is to vary protien , carbs , fat and total calories that are optimal to your needs .
    If you can not add muscle with current calorie intake then how will add muscle when more calories are needed ? The number of meals are important . types of proteins and carbs .
    If your current regiment yields no results then give it a try . You get diet dialed in and add AAS , Will be like adding 1 plus 1 and getting 3 .

    hey man, i used to have a fast metabolism too, couldnt gain weight worth a sh*t. but started eating 4-5 meals a day with a meal replacement shake or 2 thrown in there somewhere, and doing compound movements, as heavy as I could without sacraficing form, and started gaining some good muscle. i was uncomfortably full for alot of the day but you have to make sacrafices if you want things.

    you cant think that 2 month of training is gonna get you 20 lbs of ripped. these things take years bro. dont skip the early (possibly best gaining years) by hopping into gear without a very serious effort of eating well and hitting the iron hard.

    make the smart choice, gain as much weight, as you can naturally then consider steroids. I put on about 70lbs with no gear at all before i used it at 27 and i still probably could have put on more without it.

    for whatever its worth, hope it helps.

    thanks for all the advice guys, its all alot off good input, i know i am not gonna gain overnight even with gear, but all in all im still debating wether or not to give it a try seeing how i am dedicated to it and trying hard with my meals and working out hard ...
    i know alot of you guys discourage the thought of gear for me as of now but i have a freind that is on it and is loving it and seeing great results

    the first cycle i did wich i did not see to much gain from was tren only .... but i know i was not pushing myself and maintaining a good diet at that time ... but i am now

    thts a supplement, not tren. just keep adding calories to your diet until you start to gain, trust me steroids are the worst thing you could do at the moment, your body simply isnt ready

    no it was trembolone 75 by QV and like i said i did not use it correctly and on top of that i spilt half of the bottle so it was money wasted .... and thanx with the info and advice.. i have been just trying so hard to gain mass and cant seem to do it

    thought u meant the crap on the banner above. certainly dont be using tren if inexperienced, very harsh. stick with supps and good diet until youve put a bit more weigt on and wait till 25, good luck

    yeah no prob bro.... and yes unfortunatley i understand i should wait til im 25 but its just i try to eat everything... i am going to give some new supplements a shot such as cellmass or n2explode and keep on my weight gainer and hope for some improvements... but hopefully i get sumthing

    great your listening to us, its trial and error, just keep adding 200 more calories each week until you start to gain and when you stop gaining again add some more, best to buy a good sport supplement book, all the math will be in there, pick something independant and study based and not bb'ing orientated, they are usually just promoting some crappy supp

    there ya go man. hit that weight gainer hard and eat like a mad man. you should be FULL all the time. cut out the cardio, no basketball, chasing the dog, etc. eating should always be on your mind, even right after you finish your meal you should be thinking about what time you will be eating your next meal (2-2.5 hours later). if you can get 800-1000 calories in you at every meal 5-6 times a day YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.

    it sounds tough and it is, but it can be done. after a afew weeks youll get used to it and it will just become routine.

    put on a good solid base of muscle naturally for the next few years, then if you decide to get on a cycle you'll be bigger than all your buddies that are on now. when they lose half of what they gain on cycle and you keep everything from building natually you can laugh at them.

    thanx guys i really appreciate all the help... its just sucks when im hitting the gym and there lifting double of what i am doing .. but hey its all bout the time put in right?.. and also you guys got any good supplements .. any personal favorites?
    and not that im going to .. but i did jump in to cycle say right now.. what would happen? would i see nothing .. or would it just totally f*ck up my whole body cuz of where i stand now?

    Good for your friend. You are too skinny right now for steroids. Post your exact diet for the day and we'll help you with that.

    in all honesty you'd end up dissappointed, if your diet isnt right nothing will work, i was a skinny small lad when i started, i reached 220 naturally and had many competitive achievements on the way, if i could do it any1 can

    starting off
    7am juice and coffe roll or sumthing simalir
    8am 2 bags of oatmeal, fried egg and hasbrown
    1130 usally what they have at lunch at work or chicken sandwich
    230 grab some cookies
    around 5pm rice beans, pork or chicken
    around 8pm10pm shake with ice cream,milk, whey weight gainer
    around 9m usually have a snack b4 bed
    right before i go to sleep make a quick protein drink

    not dissin but tht is a piss poor diet mate, get yourself over to the diet section asap. you wont build up much on tht
