    clen

    26 yo 5 foot 7 193 lbs looking to drop some weight. trying to get down to 12 % bf before i get on some gear. my diet and training is on point i was wondering if its suggested to help me reach my goal that i get a bottle of liquid clen in the meantime. and if yes what else should i take with it ?

    Diet, cardio, hard work for now.

    Save the clen for when you've exhausted what you can do natually.

    you should be able to drop plenty of fat now without clen.

    Post your diet in the diet section.

    We need to get that down to about 15%.

    That is just Diet and cardio.

    You would be suprised at what can be done with a proper diet.

    agreed with hitting the training and diet for now, then when you have hit the wall add some clen to your training and that should give you a nice boost.
