    My cruise situation

    stats
    age 24
    5'9 1/2 190lbs
only done 1 cycle (500mg per week test-e)

OK so i just booked a Cruise on from april 10-18 (not cruising, an actual cruise ship) and want to do a cycle right before. I had always intended on having my second cycle be test-e and deca for 10 weeks. I want to look big but also really shredded in time for the cruise. I am already lean and have nice abs but I have to flex them in order for people to notice. Should I still go along with this cycle I have planned (it would be from february to right before the cruise leaves) or does anyone else have any better suggestions in mind?

i think you should do a Test p/NPP cycle, and then the day before you leave the cruise take a shot of test C...just an option

If you end the cycle right before your trip your gonna lose most of your gains. Your diet can be good because they have any kind of food you can think of available 24/7 but who follows their diet when there's a 24 hour pizzarea and a bar every 10 feet. Your sleep and training are going to suck. The gym on the boats only have up to 55lb dumbells and a very limited amount of cable machines. There is no barbells so it's mainly cardio. When your on the cruise you're gonna be up late partying and getting up early for the ports. It's also hard to follow a diet on port days. If your gonna run something maybe run a single compound 8 week cycle so your pct will be done by the time you cruise.

Have you ever cruised before? I leave for my 6th one in 9 days!

someone else said it on here b4 but, dont try to impress people you are never going to see again ya know. i would just hit it hard b4 you go, and b4 you hit the pool or whatever hit a set of 100 crunches and do some push ups. get pumped and walk out. Or do the 8 week cycle. But dont run anything else you will regret it for sure, it will be hard to stay disciplined on the boat. If you hit a long ester cycle you may do more harm then good.

This is addressing all of you that responded so far:

PCT wouldnt be on the cruise. it would be after since I would be waiting two weeks to start my pct (first week I will be on the cuise).

I am not going to lie to you guys and say I'm not going to drink heavily and eat like crap every day because I obviously will (i am 24 and single). I will be eating a lot though so I will be getting in my macros regardless of the quality of the food, so that should help. My diet is typically very clean otherwise though and will be on cycle.

I will definitely hit the gym in the mornings probably 3 times during the cruise for a little bit, with the other days probably just doing pushups and situps in the room to get a pump going, like someone said. I have been on one cruise before and they definitely had enough equipment and dumbbells to get a solid workout in.

I might just go with an 8 week cycle. Even though I already have test-e on hand, I could just save it I guess and buy test-prop and something else. Would you guys all recommend NPP with it due to its short esther? Any other compounds I should look into instead? And what is the benefit of shooting test-cyp once at the very end out of curiosity?

I haven't cycled in a while. I've been hitting some more cardio and have been more strict on my diet. I'll be getting on the boat at a lean 185 hopefully.

These last few weeks have been dragging. I've been craving the unlimited food and warm weather. It's been in the 20's here for the past few weeks.
