Hello,
I have been woring out for 15 years and am looking to get back into serious training again..
I'm looking to cut up and start my first cycle...
I don't have a problem with mass, just definition right now...
I'm 190, 5'10" with about 17%bf..
BTW..as I read through the posts on this site, I realize how little I know about this...I made a good living as a trainer about 7years ago, so I know about diet and diet and diet (oh..did I mention diet?)..I know about the basics, but I'm looking to branch out and get better results..
so pardon my ignorance
what do you guys think about the deca vs tren...?
Or any other simple cycle that will cut....
