    Deca vs Tren

    Hello,
    I have been woring out for 15 years and am looking to get back into serious training again..

    I'm looking to cut up and start my first cycle...

    I don't have a problem with mass, just definition right now...

    I'm 190, 5'10" with about 17%bf..

    BTW..as I read through the posts on this site, I realize how little I know about this...I made a good living as a trainer about 7years ago, so I know about diet and diet and diet (oh..did I mention diet?)..I know about the basics, but I'm looking to branch out and get better results..

    so pardon my ignorance

    what do you guys think about the deca vs tren...?

    Or any other simple cycle that will cut....

    Age
    Weight
    height

    From what I gather . This will be first cycle .

    Trained 15 years . But not serious ?

    Deca or tren are not good for first cycle or ran alone.

    at first i thought you meant to say you have been "whoring out" for 15 years and I lol'd,

    oh youre not gonna hear what you wanna hear btw. you are supposed to post stats and do a test only cycle to start with, not that anyone will recommend that to you unless your diet is good enough

    Tren is most definately not something you should be considering as a first time user, deca neither. I'd stick with straight test.

    Yes..this is my first cycle ever...

    I'm serious and have been for years, but I've been distracted with work and kids..blah blah....

    The only thing I want to hear is what you guys think is best for a first time cycler...

    I primarily want to cut so if deca and/or tren aren't a good idea, I want to know what is...ideally I would only be taking one or two things (preferably one)...

    should I post some before pics? I don't look like some of you guys on here (yet?), but I have solid genetics and a good foundation...

    I think you stated it yourself, diet diet diet, having said that if you look at all new users was always recommend a basic Test cycle. This is because the majority of cycles consist of using Test.
    If you take mulitple compounds how will you know which one is giving you the sides?

    At 190lbs with 17% bf I think you should work on diet and training naturally for a bit.

    Steroids are not going to cut body fat off you, only diet and cardio will do that.
    Steroids used in a cutting cycle are to hold on to muscle mass during the diet but since the muscle mass you have is natural and now way over your genetic limit then you have no need for steroids at this point.

    Look into a clen or T3 cycle to help with cutting the fat.
