how to use ampules

Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction on how to use 1ml Test E ampules.
It's a 250mg /1ml ampule.
I plan on doing 250mg Test E pw.

I didn't watch that vid but i'll tell you from personal experience to score your amps. I've had so many break it's sick. I swore off amps a long time ago just for that reason.

PS- I don't even score my ampules.

Just use a washcloth/towel so you dont cut yourself.

find the dot on the amp and hold it towards you. then break away from your body. snaps right off every time with no prob. learned that from my doctor friend

I also score my amps before poping one open. Never had one break OH CRAP I hope I didnt just jinx myself.
