    Blood pressure and Dbol

    Been on 50mg for 4 weeks now. Just got my blood pressure read. 135/86. It is in the normal range. Should it be higher?

    na bro that is considered high. below 120/80 is normal range, above 120/80 is considered high normal range

    id say you re right about where you should be. make sure it doesnt get much higher than that. if i recall though you re done or almost done with the dbol...

    Yeah I am finished. I have a few days supply left, but I decided to cut it. I was going to run 5 weeks, but I decided to stop at 4. I went to the dentist for a cleaning today, and they took the blood pressure. It was about 90 minutes after I took 10mg of dbol. They told me that I was in the normal range for blood pressure. So with it being 135/86, how long should it take to go back to normal? I want to start taking caffeine before my workouts again, because I am usually tired when I go.

    Also... on another note....
    My nuts are shrinking. I am going to increase the hCG to 400-500iu E4D. I was doing 250iu E4D, but I think I need more. I would post this in my log, but nobody is following lol. Figured I would get more responses here.

    But about the dbol, my overall satisfaction was average. I saw more gains off of a Spawn cycle in regards to strength. I may give dbol another run sometime in the next few years. Maybe when I am better with my diet. I also changed my workout routine right before cycle. Maybe that attributed to the lack of strength gain

    LOL shit man, sorry about the log. i was following it but hardly online anymore cuz of my new job

    go HCG every 3 days bro. that way you re injecting twice per week, dose should be good. you will still get slight shrinkage, nothing crazy though

    im indifferent about dbol too. kinda wana give it another run though. i think you ll be happier with the type of muscle it can give, given you didnt bloat too much on it

    your BP will naturally lower in the next week with exercise. keep your o mega 3s up and other natural oils, you ll be good

    also a little trick ive come to find out is apple cider vinegar, taste like ass fire hole but helps with BP as well as vascularity and weight loss, good weight loss...

    you should be straight with the caffine IMO...to play it safe, wait til that BP drops though
