How long do you train for on cycle and off cycle, how many people try and stay under there hour on cycle or do you think it doesnt apply as much.
How many days a week do you train on cycle.
Would be good to have some vets opions to.

Every other day for 50-70 minutes year round
Depends on what i'm trying to achieve. I adjust workouts and diets accordingly as well.
Right now i'm basically doing full-body workouts eod and consuming 5,500 cals a day approximately. Some of those thru shakes.
My current time in the gym is 1.5 - 2 hours.
When i switch to isolating bodyparts i'll be in and out of the gym in an hour. Minus cardio. I like to work fast and do higher reps when isolating. Sometimes i'll go heavy but not often.
1 1/2 hours per workout, 5 days a week. Legs sometimes 2 hours.
1-1.5 hrs per workout.
listen to my body so some weeks train 5 days, some 6.
During my cycle:
45' biceps/triceps
1h chest, back and shoulders
1h30' legs
(note: I did not run test so I presume in my next cycle I will workout for a longer time)
Now to maintain:
45' all except legs 1h
I train ed for 2 days than 1 day off or eod continuously for two weeks than three days rest and repeat.
if i hit compound powerlifts, squat, bench & dlift in the one session, i can be in for up 2.5hrs. general workout no more than an hour
3 days on 1 day off (6 days a week)
60-75 minutes of lifting
30-45 minutes cardio
4 days a week
1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour lifting.
thats it
4 days a week, 45 mins lifting.
3 days a week, 1-1.5 hours per.
4-5 days a week
60 min legs
35-45 min all other body parts
On or off cycle it's about the same. The weights change but that's about it.
7 days per week,24/7. Bodybuilding is a 24 hour job my friend.
6 days a week 1 hour - arms, shoulders, chest and 1 1/2 - legs and back
7 days a week
chest twice
shoulders/tris
back
legs
40-45 minutes lifting + sometimes 15 mins PWO cardio
7days per week 30min AM empty stomach cardio
5 days a week(no weekends) 60-90 min
4 to 5 days,, 60 to 70 mins,, cardio about 3 times for 30 to 45 mins
monday - chest - 45 min
Tuesday - Back - 45 min
Wednesday - Legs - 1.5 hours
Thursday - Shoulders - Hour
Friday - Bi's/Tri's - 45 min
fk i dont see how yall train legs for 90 mins,, after 45 im about to puke
usually an hour topps
Good lord, everyone's always saying 45 mins max. I simply can't fit everything in in 45mins. I'm usually 1hr 15min or 1hr 30mins. Glad to see I'm not the only one; I was actually starting to feel a little guilty about it.
6 days a week
approx an hour each workout
but my rest breaks between sets are 3-4 minutes each lol
6-7 days a week. Isolated movements in all but one workout. @45-50 min
Saturday or Sunday is compound movement day. 60-75 min
a.m. fasted cardio eod
Body usually tells me to take a break every 4-5 weeks. Typically 2 days off.
2 HOURS on legs?? lol how? i do 45 mins of legs and im DEAD
How long are your breaks guys who are running gym time of an hour +
bulking right at the moment. Monday to friday 5 day split, 50 minutes to 90 minutes each session. Cardio 3 times a week.
5 days a week usually between 60 and 90 minutes
Time is so variable. Include reps, sets, and rest times along with total workout times and people can get a better idea of what you all are doing.
Has anyone tried NO workouts for half of a cycle, or 10-20 minutes a day ED or EOD on cycle? All this excessive workout regimen may not be optimal for everyone.
Anywhere from 50 mins to 90 mins
Thanks for replies guys, good to get a feel what other people are doing.
I normally try and get out in an hour but since iv been on i let it go to 1.5 hr sometimes, listen to my body. Normally 5 days a week but while on im going 6 day.
How many people are training twice a day , i will sometimes when i feel im lacking in something and wanna get it up to scratch.

1 hour 5 days a week on or off cycle
eod half body splits while not on cycle 1-1.5 hours
2 on 1 off same split while on cycle about the same time 1-1.5 hours.
both times dont include cardio
Moto
4 days on, 3 days off. I put in no more than an hour on weights and finish with 45 minutes of cardio.
how many sets on each part??
Usually:
1hr. 5 days/wk.
When I'm "on" my workouts usually go up 15-30mins. I think a lot of that extra time is due to my mental need to make sure I'm not wasting any benefits.
