To use t-3 or not use t-3???? T-3 first timer dosage and cycling!!!!

    Hi.

Goose told me that I could loose two stones in a month if I stacked Cytomel and DNP together.

He told me it because I wanted fast weight loss and wanted to drop two stones in two months.

He did not tell me how to dose and cycle these two drugs.

Do u think I should use T-3 and DNP to loose weight or do you think I should start of with something less harsh like Synthroid (T-4) or Triacana?

What doages of T-3, T-4 or Triacana should I take?

How easily is DNP to obtain?

Would Cimaterol stack well with Cytomel?

If I use Cimaterol or clenbuterol I will use Ketotifen or Benadryl to stop the down regulation of beta adrenal receptors!

Can the sides of thyroid drugs be ameliorated through a stepped dosage cycle?

Is it true that guggul and coleus arre good for Thyroid drugs PCT?

Another thing is with Cytomel, Synthroid and Triacana u need to use AAS and HGH to keep your muscles, but I was told that my bf% is FAR to high to use AAS.

Do you think I should take AAS? What AAS should I use?

Is there anything else that I can take to keep muscle?

    My stats:
    Height: 5ft 8ins - 5ft 9ins
    Weight: 15st 6.8lb /99.57kg /around 218lb
    Bodyfat perentage; 28.3%
    BMI: 32.1

Man don't want to sound like a jerk but I think u need to read a lil more ... You like ur questions to be answered here which is fine but is always safer to do ur own research and see how each drug works... And then decide whether u wanna go for it or not... How is the diet looking... Remember this are just supplements to a goood workout routine and a good diet... When u read about the sides of each drug take in consideration ur aas usage...

I'm not ur mom ... All I can say is that from what I have read not too many ppl have had good exp with dnp

In the end u are the sole master of ur body but I truly hope u take care of urself

    Thanks bro

I am still researching them at the mo

I am doing TOPs diet but the weight loss is very slow!

Trust me.... Thyroid drugs and beta adrenergic agonists like clen and cim are not supplements!

Do u think I should have my thyroid hormones measured before hand?

I think u should have blood taken fir every single hormone enzyme and what not... I'm not very educated on blood work (yet) because I myself don't use much drugs...

    What were ur stats..?

Top knows his thing.. How much time did it take u too get overweight ... Loosing weight is not going to happen quickly(at least not in a healthy manner) but if u follow a diet with less the amount of energy (cals) than u need u will loose weight...

I remember I asked him not too long ago for help cause I haven't done bodybuilding(just martial arts) but I know am looking for modelling gigs and stripping ...

And his help made a lot of sense... 16 week program where u progress with ur diet cardio and lastly supplements

But my advic is hit the treadmill If u wanna loose wegjt

I do not remember how much time it took to get overweeight but at it built slowly and i put alot of weight on when i was eating fastfood and watching television wit these two douchebags!

What martioal arts do you do?

I am planning to take up Ninjutsu but it very hard to find a dojo that has classes on Sundays!

    I hate those treadmills!

My cardio is walking and swimming (in the summer)!

I have looked into very diets and supps including Jenny Craig, Bodytrim, ketosis and The Cambridge diet!

My somatype I think is mesomorph as I am only 5ft 8ind but I have a wide body with large broad shoulders!

    this is just ridiculous.
you have been around a while and no you have no business taking AAS. hell you shouldnt be in the same house as AAS.
in the winter all u do for cardio is walk? ur big ass needs to start doing different cardio and u will see the weight loss if applying a good diet.

i love when people want to learn but u take shit way to far with your crazy questions.

t3 and esp dnp are risky drugs, you need to be bang on exact with them i personally would go with the calorie reducing diet, slower off stays off than quick fixes, i wouldnt advise you use either, esp dnp from what ive read

    DNP is a no go.

    Not worth the risk.

Clen would be a safe course to take.

Personally, I have been at 9% bf before with just diet and cardio.

It takes alot of work, but it's worth it.

    Yo elpropiotorvic.

I do not have an eliptical at home!

I enjoy some cardio forms as I will get into scrambling and canyoning nect year!

I do not like cardio machines apart from x-trainer but I have no room at home.

I am not goin 2 use thyroid drugs atall because I read an article here that says that only have done an AAS cycle should use t-3 because they put on fat due to the AAS!

    I hate being obese!

T-3 is not an AAS it is a thyroid hormone!

I might give Jenny Craig or Cambridge diet ago!

I am busy in the mornings and I do my walking with not much in my stomach at around 2pm most days!

You need to research on how to eat first, then figure out a better way to get more exercise in. No chemicals needed, if you use something to lose your weight with out learning how to eat properly, when you stop taking them you will get fatter then you were. Stop being lazy.

but when someone who has been here this long and with his history is asking if "housework" is ok for cardio and u dont live on a farm, thats a troll.
he knows where he has to be to cycle, he has asked and had a million questions answered, therefore when he posts he is 29%bf and asks if he is ready to cycle....thats a troll...

but because of my respect for u brother T, i will now leave this alone.....

Guys the greek is a good guy he is not a troll!!

Even if you do DNP and cut down to a lean 9% body fat.

With your cardio and eating habits you will end up back at your current form.

Diet (eating habits) is a life style so is cardio.

I dont use any drugs to cut until I get to 7% body fat.

Arnold said in his day ......its 70% diet, 15% training, and the rest AAS.He was quite right.

Food is the biggest drug if you know what to do...

    GREAK....

with all respect man...man up...get up earlier and do ur cardio...there is no excuse..even cell phones have alarms..for me its really hard to get up at 4:30 I just cant get up man....but what do I do ?.... i use 7 alarms....4 min apart....from 4:20 til 4:45... i will snooze the first ones but it will become annoying and u will get up...u will reach a point where u wake up by the first one....
    cmon man...

if u want a tip...plug ur cellphone to ur hometheater in ur room and have ur alarm be a nice song,,, I use "OYE COMO VA BY SANTANA" NICE AND SMOOTH...

    anyways..

u can do it...like moose said.u just need to think what is it that u really want...do u wanna be well rested and not sore and what not...then dont get up earlier...

but in the other hand if what u want is to get fit....see if the actions that u are taking right now are taking you to ur goal or not ...

Main thing is carbs.....They are the enemy, you need to study them.

Top diet is a good one,you have only been on it for a week.

diet takes time to achieve results....

What I know bout carbs is that are two main types - slow release complex ones such as the ones found in oats and nuts eg starch nd impact ones that are found in fruit ie glucose and sucrose.

I do not need much energy for my work so I can have an almost carb free diet.

I have been on it for 3 weeks!

I can use caffeine and green tea for energy as I love coffee and tea!

    cmon man...

if u want a tip...plug ur cellphone to ur hometheater in ur room and have ur alarm be a nice song,,, I use "OYE COMO VA BY SANTANA" NICE AND SMOOTH...

    anyways..

u can do it...like moose said.u just need to think what is it that u really want...do u wanna be well rested and not sore and what not...then dont get up earlier...

but in the other hand if what u want is to get fit....see if the actions that u are taking right now are taking you to ur goal or not ...
I do not want to get up that early in the mo esp in the winter!

I would rather use a zero/extemely low carb diet!

I would rather be well rested and not sore.

I think Jenny Craig diet is good.

A.M cardio and a solid diet. It takes time but that combo can't fail.
