Persistent Hypertension after 30 Day Drol Cycle. Help!

I am hoping that some of you who have experience with drol cycles can help mitigate some of my fears. This is my second cycle of oral, with my first cycle being dbol 10mg for 20 days.

I've been off of a 30 day cycle of 50mg drol for almost 3 weeks now. In the final week of the cycle I increased the dosage to 100mg a day. I am on a pct of 20mg of Nol, and I have about a week left until I complete my pct.

During the drol cycle I felt fine and didn't experience any side effects besides a few bad headaches. However, during the entire cycle my blood pressure spiked on the systolic end to the 150s and 160s on a daily basis. My diastolic BP remained in the normal range throughout the cycle and remains normal.

Before my drol cycle my systolic BP first thing in the morning would be in the 120s. When I take my BP in the morning now it is in the high 130s, which is prehypertensive. During the day when taking my BP sometimes it is in the 150s and 160s like it was when I was on my cycle, although it has decreased a little since my BP in the morning is in the 130s. Before the drol cycle the highest my BP got was in the low 140s during the day sometimes due to stress, caffeine, etc, but I have NEVER seen my BP in the 150s and 160s.

I was under the impression that my BP would normalize after the drol cycle, but it is still high nearly 3 weeks after my cycle. The water retention has subsided from the drol cycle. Is it possible that Nol is causing the persistent spike in BP? Could it be my cholesterol levels?

For those of you who have experience with long drol cycles, how long did it take for your BP to normalize?

Thank you all for your input.

Go to a doctor, get your blood work done. Deal with your medical problems with a medical professional. In the future don't run oral steroid only cycles. Good luck

Yes, I must concur.. MOST of us are not Medical Professionals.. and I doubt we actually have one on the board.. and if we do, I am sure he/she hasn't revealed their qualifications due to the fact they would be inundated with a multitude of PM'S on a near every minute basis..

That being said. WE CAN NOT GIVE YOU MEDICAL ADVICE.. Go see your doctor. IT'S CALLED DOCTOR/PATIENT Confidentiality .. That means what you tell your doc.. he doesn't tell anyone else.. MY DOCTOR Knows the second I go on cycle, what I USE and how LONG i will be using it for.. he monitors my Blood, and always says "You know, you are going to do what you want but I do not advise you doing this to your body, however, since I can not tell you what to do, I will do my job, and make sure you are of sound health."

So if you don't have a COOL DOCTOR.. Go find one. My Father once told me there are 3 people in this world you should always tell the 100% truth to. Your Wife, The Police, and Your Doctor. I tend to believe after trial and error.. THAT U SHOULD ONLY BE 100% TRUTHFUL WITH YOUR DOCTOR !!!

So, go get your Blood checked.. tell him/her what is going on, and HE/SHE will administer the proper MEDICAL TREATMENT you May or MAY NOT need...

And FUTURE REFERENCE.. If you want to dabble in the world of AAS.. DO IT CORRECTLY and don't be a fvcking PANSY !! Stick a goddamned needle with test inside it into your muscle to do a REAL CYCLE.. Unreal.. it amazes me how GROWN MEN are so fvcking terrified of needles.. At Times, I will stick my self 10 times per day.. 2 with AAS, 3 with HGH, 3 with GHRP-2 and 2 times with GRF (1-29).. YOU going to tell me, you can't handle to stabs PER WEEK !?!? Come on man.. this isn't a GAME.. There is a RIGHT WAY and a WRONG WAY.. and YOU are doing it the Wrong way... odds are.. Regardless of your PCT you will lose every bit of gains you got from the Anadrol.. EVERY BIT OF THEM !! Now, was that worth the money, and NOW worth the risk to your health as far as your Blood PRESSURE is concerned?? HELL NO..

Next time, EDUCATE BEFORE YOU MEDICATE. Anabolic/Androgenic Steroids, are NOT A CURE FOR LAZINESS... You have to work for it.. and Have a Outstanding diet and Training regimen or YOU ARE JUST WASTING YOUR TIME !! Don't do another ORAL only cycle again.. stop being numb.. read and research.. learn the RIGHT WAY of doing things.

NOW CALL YOUR DOC AND MAKE AN APPT !!!

Your blood pressure issue is not being caused by the nolva.

I do not advise using oral drol by itself, actually only var comes to mind for oral only cycles.

That being said, What is your diastolic number?

I appreciate the advice everyone. However, I wasn't asking for medical advice, I was asking for the experiences of others with drol cycles and high blood pressure, although I assume most of you don't run oral cycles alone.

For Titanium's question, my diastolic is normal. It remains in the high 70s and is 80 most of the time. The systolic is spiked consistently though.

    Anyone have a similar experience?

On the bright side, I had some major gains, although it's too early to see if I will keep it.

Again, thanks everyone for your input.

    Yes.

D-bol does this to me.( I know you are talking about drol)

    140 is high normal.

I've been in the 150's before.

It quieted down after a few wks.

If you are really concerned, you can get checked out.

I'm not a doctor, so I am posting my actual response that I went through.

Thanks for the input. I ran a pretty long cycle on drol, so I guess I should expect high bp for a bit.

Dbol also spiked my bp, but my cycle was only 20 days and it normalized within a week.

Sorry guys, I must reveal a contraversial story. Firstly, in no way am a encouraging anything. About 3 months ago I ran an experimental Adrol only cycle and had some good results. I ran it for 30 days @ 100mg/day. Gained 15 pounds and till this day have kept 7 pounds. Ran a proper PCT and afterwich ran blood work with everything being good. I consitently monitored myself for low test indications and from my knowledge, they never dropped. Sex drive stayed strong and felt great.

Had to get that off my chest.......
