    How many Carbs to avoid bloat from Test Prop?

    I am on a cutting lean mass cycle consisting of 20-25 iu a week of HGH, 350-400 mg of test prop, 500 mg of primo and 400 mg of eq. thinking on upping my prop dosage to 500 mg a week

    If i keep my carb intake under or at a certain ammount (say 200-250 grams of mostly complex carbs), will i avoid/minimise any bloating. would like some experiences from people

    itll help but it wont get rid of the bloat or water retention


    ull still experieince some bloat and water retention regardless

    another way u can help is keep your sodium intake low, since sodium causes the body to retain more water

    if i were you id just take .25mg of arimidex everday or every second day to help with your water retention

    watching my salt is well (sorry) and taking 0.75 of letro a day

    if you could avoid using letro, it does work but it suppresses estrogen to little to much usually

    arimidex or aromasin would be a better choice since the dosing is abit easier to monitor and control

    however if you do choose to use letro my advice would be to get blood checks done on your estrogen levels, and see if your estrogen is within the normal range while using letro

    letro has a bad habit of suppressing estrogen to much usually, so if you get the blood checks done you can see if the letro is suppressing estrogen to much

    alwise i think your all set, running low carbs sometimes can actually make u appear flatter becuase ur muscles are holding less glycogen from the lack of carbs

    so if possible, if your on low carbs, have every 4th or 5th day and moderate or just above miantaince calrie day rich in healthy carbs to replinish gylcogen levels and spike leptin levels so ur body will stay in a fat burning state through your whole cycle and retain as much muscle as possible

    i get no water retention when running prop, plus if your cutting you should be watching your diet and cardio should be high you should be ok.
