Clen and cardio
Not sure this is the correct forum but here goes....
We all agree that using clen will up your heartrate. Most agree fat burn occurs within a set heartrate (65% or so) So if you normally do cardio at x mph do you have to slow it down while on clen to stay within the 65% fat burning range?

yes, if you want to stay in that range, i would advise taking half your clen before empty stomach cardio and the other half before your workout(if it doesn't make you too jittery)

Ok..thanks Phate. If you wanted to drop bf...would you slow your pace to stay in that range or would you run as normal?
I know running at a higher heart rate burns more cals but I am trying to burn just fat...not muscle.

he just answered your question. YES, you slow down to stay at optimal heart rate.
someone posted a study here, that was saying being on an empty stomach, had no better effect on fat burning. and although 63% was the optimal fat burn range, HITT cardio burned more fat through the day, as it kept your metabolism higher all day. if i can find the link, ill come back and post it.

Thanks Someguy. I think you misunderstood my last post though. I KNOW he said go slower to stay in a lower HR zone....but my second question was as to his opinion on wether he felt li was better than HIIT for fat burning and/or bf reduction. As you pointed out there is much debate on which is the better approach. I'd love to see that study/link if you can find it. thanks again.
