You can inject it either IM or SubQ, same results

Most people dose @ 500iu per week broken into 2 shots of 250iu each.
I dont think I have ever heard of oral HCG.
Sub-q is a winner with the insulin pin even better.
Search the forums for hcg insulin pin.
