    Am I going right?(Clen)

    Age: 27
    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 275lbs
    bf: between 14%-17%

    I have been dieting for several months but have hit a hump.

    I eat anywhere between 6 and 8 small meals a day with plenty of protein.

    I go to the gym 5x a week.

    I have drop my weight from about 320lbs.

    I have been told by a reliable source about clen. I did my own research. I have bought some. Is this ok, or am I going in the right direction.

    I read somewhere that taking clen with a high bf% is dangerous. How dangerous and what can happen?

    What is your planned cycle with the clen? 14-17% is not too high to use clen, if cycled properly.

    i was also around 330 lbs...i used clen n it did the trick even it was winter time..now im 219 lbs...yea it has risks also but during clen time i havent used alcohol n gave up junk food. btw, i used 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle at most 100 mcg per day..

    What would be a good amount to take? Should I be consistent with the amount or should I gradually ramp up like most people.

    I was thinking of doing 100mcg everyday for 2 weeks at first. Do 2 weeks off, then just go for a solid 6 weeks. If I start 2 weeks on/off, should I continue that way?

    I really thank you guys for taking the time out to respond and help me out;.

    330lbs? If you dont mind me asking, what was your body fat%. Were your pretty muscular already? What was your dosage.

    Also, congrats on the weight loss. How long did it take you on clen?

    It took me about a year to lose about 50lbs although it probably should have been faster. But it was hard work.

    you need to do the 2 0n 2 0ff..Never stay on clen for a solid 6 weeks........ Work your way up to 100 mg a day................You really need to remember 2 things CARDIO & DIET...... EAT right..... And Cardio Your ass off...... 2 hours a day.This is all in my Opinion ........

    My eating is under control and I am very happy to say that is not an issue.

    From my research about Clen, Doing alot of cardio might not be so good. I usually do tons of cardio (Running, Arc Trainer). But from what I have researched the past 2 months, Clen raises your heart rate almost to a point where your in fat burning zone and doing cardio can raise it even more and could be dangerous.

    Is this incorrect?

    If I work up to 100mg a day, whats a good starting point?

    Also, what about the pills? Do those have a bad effect on your liver like I have read that tren and deca pills can?

    When I said Cardio you ass off, Don’t jump on a machine and Kill yourself,....Always wear a heart monitor and keep your heart rate where it needs to be,..... We are all different,….It’s so important to trust your heart monitor and gauge your cardio workout around what its telling you to do,.

    Thank you for the clarification. I will definitely decrease my cardio for the first few days to see how that works out.

    I keep reading and alot of people say that they started with 40mcg, and worked up to 100 withing 2 weeks, is this a good ramp up? How will I know when its a good time to ramp up if at all?

    There are several ways to cycle clen. I like 2 days on/ 2 days off. Some like 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. I would start at 20mcg because you don't know how you will respond to it. Be very careful. Too much and you may be stressing your heart.

    You should supplement with taurine. Clen leaches taurine from your system.

    Before you start, search clen and you will have enough reading to keep you busy for a long time. After reading, and then reading some more. Ask if you have any more questions.

    I have actually been researching for the past 2 months. But I only recently and only a few times have I seen taurine. If I am correct, Taurine is a Suppliment in a pill form that I should be able to pick up at GNC or no?

    I have no problem starting from 20 and working my way up. I think my big question is, how will I know when its ok to move up?

    Also, if I do the 2 on/ 2 off, How long is a good length to do that? Would 3 time be enought?


    Im going to be posting my diet in the diet section to be looked at. I hope I can get advice if needed. Something tells me I might not be eating enough.

    man if you just jumped into 100 mcg you'd feel like you were going to die. I bought 3 bottles of it and 1 was 200 mcg per ml while the rest were 100 mcg per ml. First crack of it, I did a full CC and got a full 200 mcg...

    Now, I'm wearing 4XL teeshirts to keep the gains under wraps so I can do a come back like LL Cool J but man, 2nd set in on chest I had to go home. Got light headed and felt like I was going to die... plus my entire shirt was drenched in sweat after 20 minutes.

    high dose: A heart attack, highly unlikely. Feeling like crap, very likely.

    You should literally feel it. Your hands will be a bit shakey and your core temperature will raise from the norm.

    This is kind of cheating, or I tell myself this to stay motivated. lol Figure out where you want your heart rate to be. Take some clen before you do your cardio, and (assuming your monitoring your HR) you don't have to work as hard to get the same results.

    I know I am being alittle crazy. I am not going to be starting until February.

    What I want to do is post my diet. Adjust it according to any reccomendations that are given. I also want to monitor my blood pressure and get a good read over the course of a few weeks. I will track and post to get any last minute suggestions

    best way imo is the find your resistance level with clen, work your way up.. starting on 20mcg up until u get the shakes and tapper it down one, for me i got shakes at 80mcg .. so i stuck at 60mcg 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... worked very well

    there is a number of different methods of cycling clen, remember you have to have the same time off clen as your body is very clever and counter acts, this stops the clen from working.

    ok. So I guess the best way to go is to start with 20 and increase gradually. Once I find a good level, stick with that level and do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

    If I cycled through that 3 times in a row, would my body get used to it?

    how much weight, bf, etc do people typically lose on this and how long does it take?

    how many time can I cycle through 2 on 2 off before I should take a longer break.

    Also, How much and how fast do people typically lose weight. I have read that the first 2 weeks are the most loss. Would this happen everytime since I will be doing 2 on and 2 off?

    Someone suggested something else

    Someone who goes to my gym who I speak to alot suggested something different. He has been taking roids for many years. He suggested that if I am concidering doing Clen, I might as well, just do tren and test eth.

    What do you guys think?

    I like Albuterol it gives great results and is effective at clinically safe doses. Clen is not.

    if clen stays active for up to 68hrs then how are you 'off'?

    200 mgs per ml, are you using the pump (gel/syrup) in the blue bottle?

    I do a 2 days on, one day off for 4-6 weeks followed by a month off.
