    new to this.. advice needed

    ive been doing my own research here and there and talking to people i know that have ran a few cycles, but i cant seem to find much on a sus 250 and deca 200 stack. i want to start this cycle right after the new year starts. i am 22 y/o, height is 5'10'', weight fluctuates from 187-192, and i dont know my bf% but if i had to guess id say between 15-20%(that sounds high but id rather overestimate than under.. for training/advice purposes you know?) this is the most recent picture i have at this time seeing as how i borrowed a camera from an old roomate...

    Post diet in diet section and get that on track first .

    ^head to the diet forum and read the stickies. then post up a diet with BMI, TDEE and types of foods etc.

    BMI-27.3 TDEE-3222 give me a few to post up my while diet.... i usually eat at a chow hall so thats why i dont have all my foods set, they change it everyday damn near. so give me like 3 days to get a whole diet charted and everything peachfuzz

    sounds good...and i meant BMR not BMI my mistake...are you military or a student? are you required to eat at the chow hall?

    military for now so thats a yes on the requirement. and my BMR is-1989.1

    im going off the following diet i found on here so starting it Monday, Dec 28, 2009

    7:45
    3 egg whites
    2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
    1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
    15 gm of whey protein
    25 gm of oatmeal

    10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
    3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
    1 banana
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 yogurt

    3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
    15 ml of flax seed oil

    5:15 120 gm of steak
    20 gm of whey protein
    Mustard
    50 gm of carrots
    5 ml of flax seed oil

    1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM

    7:15 60 gm of whey
    5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
    1 apple
    2.5 ml of flaxseed oil

    9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
    15 gm of whey protein
    1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

    b/f way to high id say ur guess of 15-20% is u being very generous to urself u arent overestimating.diet listed is ok stick with that for 6 months then bulk for 6 months cut again research for 6 months then think about a cycle

    i mean, not to just dismiss you dan, but i have been thinking about doing this cycle my whole military career thus far. im 99.9% sure im following through on this within the next few coming weeks, and im just trying to get as much extra info as possible bc almost all my friends that have used this same stack have deployed within the last couple months, and i want to finish this one before i get out at the end of april. like i said, please dont take this as any kind of disrespect from me or a dismissal, bc thats not what it is... im just a hard headed grunt haha

    your decision man but if u started a mild cycle in his condition gains would be huge but i doubt u would see the same from ur more advanced cycle with ur b/f that high you mite end up looking like him while he could end up huge it just sounds like ur skipping a step in the process but not my body just my oponion but best of luck whatever u decide to do

    just my opinoin is anybody includeing myself`should be close to that physique before cycle because from what ive read here is that after first cycle natural gains become harder so better to wait long as possible and be big and/or lean as possible first
