What's happening with diet in PCT?

    Very ameteur question but:

When conducting PCT after a full bulking cycle. Lets say test and dbol... When you're coming off the gear and conducting PCT with clomid, nolva etc are you still trying to be as anabolic as possible by creating a calorie excess and working out as much as you were during cycle? Or are you resting? or cutting?

    Thanks!

During PCT your test levels are falling drastically and your body is being thrown completely out of homeostasis(equilibrium), so IMO the best approach is to eat like you were on cycle and cut after pct if needed

Thanks for the lightning response there. So would working out at the gym cause catabolism? or would it prevent it?

catabolism actually just means the breakdown of something into constitute parts, for example, adipose tissue being broken down into fatty acids is catabolism while fatty acids converting to adipose tissue is anabolic(constitute parts forming a whole)

going to the gym can cause catabolism but not the way we train(sessions under an hour, proper rep range, etc...) so keep going to the gym, just don't overdue it, you need rest now

I have read some where u should not be in the gym for longer than an hour.

Reason being your body needs food ASAP, calorie intake has to be outstanding.
