    Too heavy to cycle?

    I've been posting here for over a year now and before I asked this question I wanted to thank everyone for all the help they've given me. I hope all of you have a very Happy New Year in 2010.

    I broke my hand 4 months ago, and am just now able to lift weights again with no serious amount of pain. I've been doing cardio but have gained quite a bit of fat from not being able to lift.

    At the end of my last cycle, I was 215 (6'0) and 9% bf. Right now, I am 216 and definitely not nearly in good a shape as I was before. I'd be willing to bet my bf is around 15%, although I have not had it measured.

    My question is, I have a Test E, EQ, and Var cycle lined up and have everything, including PCT and HCG ready to go, and was planning to start it in the new year. Am I too heavy to cycle right now? Should I lean out some before I start it?

    I think you should wait till your hand is healed all the way..

    also give us all your stats and planned cycle...

    take a couple more months and get back into lifting shape and then run the cycle...

    remember this is a life long journey so dont rush it....

    Here are my stats as it stands right now

    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 216
    Waist: 33W
    Chest: 45
    BF???: 15%?

    12 week cycle:

    Weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate and EQ (400mg/weekly for each)
    Weeks 10-14 Var (50mg/daily)
    PCT w/ HCG as laid out on this site.

    IMO, EQ needs to be ran a lot higher then 400mg ew, if you are going to run this cycle I would go no less then 600mg ew and as high as 800mg ew... I also think you could run the VAR through out the cycle if you have enough...


    You need clomid and nolva for the PCT along with hcg

    clomid 100mg ed for two weeks and drop it down to 50mg ed for the last two weeks

    nolva 40mg ed for two weeks and drop it down to 20mg ed for the last two weeks...

    Rage, thank you.

    I already do have the clomid, nolva, and aromasin for the cycle.

    I just don't want to become a big blimp ass by cycling all this with too high a bf percentage, you know?

    15% is the cut off, IMO but if your diet is clean and get cardio in during your cycle you should walk out with kick ass lean muscle gains and some sold fat loss.....

    Thanks Rage, I anticipate though I'm higher than 15% right now, so I'm going to focus on leaning up as you said before i start... Thanks.
