Smile have question about win and primo

hello all. i am trying to do a win depot and primo depot cycle. but my question is i dont know how long of a cycle i need to do for both. i have done some research but i keep finding different answers on how long the cycles of each should be. im not looking to get big just want to lose some weight and cut up the muscle i have. im not looking to get really big or anything like that. i have a bad lower back some im just trying to help myself lose more weight and cut up the muscle i already have. also do i need to take anything to help me with recovery after i do the cycle of win depot and primo depot. also is this the right type of cycle for trying to cut fat and add some lean muscle.

    Bad cycle.

And not the right one for certain reasons.

BF is to high, at the moment.

First cycle needs to be a solo on test only.

Not sure how you got in with your back problems, or if you received that from being there.

Cardio will shed the weight you desire.

You are just on the edge, age wise to cycle in the first place.

My advise is to take your supplements and just do cardio for now.

Focus on that and your back issue.

    Stay safe bro.

    Best

    T

T is right on as always.
I would work a split around cardio and high reps weights.
    Clean up the diet.
Give it 3 months and see where you are.
The more you cut precycle it has been shown to help with side affects when you do go on cycle.
When you are ready you will want to run a simple Test cycle. Probably Test E. Pretty basic stuff. Trust T on this.
    Cheers!
    Thanks for Serving!
