    Need a little help to figure this out.

    I think I need some help.

    Stats
    Age 27
    Ht - 6'
    Wt - 225
    BF - 18-20%
    And have been traing for 3 years (ish)

    I just an average guy trying to get big. I am not looking to do any competition. Just for my own state of mind. I have done "prohormones" but I am not a big fan of the oral tabs. They were pretty harsh on my liver. And I was even doing liver support. I was planning on doing a simple beginner stack of AAS. I have been doing my research, reading what I can. A lot of people in the gym tell me I should try Winstrol Depot or Test. But they are already big. And I just don't want to do too much, too soon.
    I am planning on starting a cycle in about 6 months. I want to get my body ready by cutting my BF level down to about 12% and just get my plan in order. SO if I could get some good advice on which AAS I should take? And what whould be a good PCT for it?

    Again I am new to AAS and I just am looking for a little help cuz I dont want to be the dumbass just going at it blindfolded.

    your first cycle should always be testosterone by itself. 400-500mg per week, split into two injections for 10-12 weeks.

    you do need to get your bodyfat down first like you mentioned, and get the diet squared away.

    a basic post cycle would be nolvadex 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50

    *on a side note DO NOT listen to people at the gym.

    You should get good gains on 500 mg a week for 12 weeks.

    and like peachfuzz said, people in the gym are morons. I have friends that didn't ask me and just started taking stuff. Some were doing winnie only cycles for first cycles and all sorts of stupidness.

    On a side note... I would say run Dbol @ 30-40 mg for the first 4 weeks but you said OTC orals were harsh on your liver... i think even at small doses you may not appreciate it.

    Thank you very much. I know that my BF is my biggest problem.

    Would there be any liver supports I should take other than the milk thistle

    if you need help getting it down let us know. id spend some time in the diet forum and soak up as much as you can for the next few months. your about 3-4 months out from where youj wanna be if you stick on top of things.

    yea man... look into clen and T3 and cardio like a mad man + good diet. To 12%, on top of things you should be able to drop 1% body fat every 1 to 2 weeks.

    Dont use any compounds to diet, do it naturally with hardwork, you introduce compounds once you hit a sticking point and not straight from the start.

    First cycle go with Test only 400-500mgs per wk for 12 wks will be fine.
