Sustanon 250, Primobolan & Deca 250mg (Nanrolone Decanoate)

Hi All,

First time user from australia here.

Ive just recently got

25 amps of Sust 250

25 amps of Primobolan (100mg)

3 x 10ml vials of Deca 250mg

There is going to be 2 of us using the above mentioned. I was hoping that a few people could give opinions on how this should be split up and over what weeks etc.

Also, i know that i am able to get Genox here from a GP. Will that be sufficient to keep gynecomastia away?

Are there any other things available from your GP that will help us out? Im already loosing my hair, so i am going to try and get Finasteride or Dutesteride. Are these going to be available from my GP?

Ive seen Cytraden is available to stop excessive Cortisone, is that something that the GP will also be able to perscribe for me?

You dont need all those compounds for your first cycle,

what are your stats?
How long have you been training for?

been training for a few years on and off.

had a few interruptions to training, but am now clear.

weigh around 100kgs.

never been happy with my arms and legs. chest, shoulders & back grow no problems.
tried increasing arm training & doing no arm training with no great joy. cant get passed the 17 to 18 inch area. want to give them a kick and try and keep it.

That's way too much juice and fat... Drop a few lbs. before you get involved with gear. If you are dead set on doing roids, I would stick with just the sust for now!

the 18 to 20 is an estimate. ive just had a look around on the web at some pics and it may be a bit too high. the pics of people that have 20% look like they are carrying a bit more tub than me for sure...

the stuff that i have is for two people. there are two of us doing it.

what is a ideal bodyfat % to start on? i figured i would get the calories right down at the end and keep the protein right up and cut down then. possibly with some clem if i can get hold of it.

what are other opinions on that? should i start with just sust and do the other gear in 6 months or so?

You don't have enough sustanon for you and your friend. You happen to have just enough for one. The lower your body fat the less risks you run not to mention the results are greater. Learn to eat right in our diet forum while you gather the rest of the gear. You won't need deca or primo for a while.

ive been doing a bit more reading and have decided to wait for a few more months to ensure i dont snap something. want to get another 6 months or so of good training and nutrition in before we start.

im going to get my hands on some more sustanon so we can do something like this

week 1, 250mg sus
week 2-3 500mg sus
week 4-7 750mg sus
week 9 500mg sus
week 10 250mg sus

tamoxifen
clem
clomid

do you guys think that we should chuck the deca in there as well? am i on the right track?

^Wise decision to hold off for a bit.

Yes, like Marcus said, you don't need the deca for your first cycle.

No need to taper the sust doses like that, just keep one dose throughout the whole cycle.

No to the letro on cycle. It will wipe out almost all of your estrogen, and you need estrogen to build muscle.

Have an AI like adex on hand for estrogen related side effects.

bad idea mate....unisom sleep gels will make u really drowsy the next day. i've used it before to fix my sleep pattern and i found myself either sleeping too much or felt really drowsy and unmotivated to do anything. plus you develop a tolerance for it fairly quickly...it stopped working for me after 2 consecutive days of use.
