    test c and deca newbie

    Here it is i'm about to run a cycle of 500mg testc 12 wks and 400 deca 10 weeks. The last cycle i did was 13 years ago of sus 250 for 14 weeks with no pct. I gained about 20 lbs if i remeber right 185 to 205. and lost most of it.

    Now @ 270 lbs 6'5'' and plan to drop to about 255 before starting the cycle.

    Everyone here tells me to just do the test only, I will listen and do what the experts say and save the deca for later. I know that everyone is different but what kind of gains in weight would you guess?

    My diet will be perfect 4500-5000 a day with only 2 protein shakes a day.

    I like to put on 20-25 or is that a pipe dream?

    Not sure, but if i had to compare it to pics of other members i would say 18-23%. never had it checked.

    the weight you put on i.e fat, lean mass, whatever it may be will be a significant function of diet, and cardio. its hard to say what you'll end up with without a real breakdown of that 4000-5000 calorie diet.

    is this a bulking cycle? im assuming it is due to the calorie intake and the deca that was originaly planned.

    depending on your BF% now you might wanna lose more or less before getting on cycle.

    I know that there is no real answer, but yes bulking, and i did plan on the deca, but seems like everyone says just the test.

    Would the deca make a difference?

    only goal is to put on size and mass.

    Be careful, cycling with high bf can lead to more sides. High blood pressure, cholesterol issues, gyno etc.

    Estrogen loves fat, and fat loves estrogen.

    Lower you BF count.

    Redz and Ti are correct about the estrogen sides and body fat relationship. Deca can add to that situation with progesterone sides that AI's dont help with. I would say get that BF as low as you can first, use the test and try to gain back LEAN MASS. save the deca for the next go round. no need to add possibility of more sides when a low BF% and some test will probably give you great results.

    Im close to your hight, im 6' 4" and just finished deca and test C and 400mg a week. (each) I was cutting before this and went from 230 to 256. Either way you go deca and test or only test you should grow like a weed. Just watch that fat. I was only 13% and still got some gyno. Good luck man.

    Drop the bf% down bro. Its way to high. i personally would like to see this perfect diet. If your last cycle was 13 years ago. And you gained 20 lbs to 205lbs. You obviously were much smaller then what you have. so im assuming over the years u packed some lbs on. Now if you told me you were 270lbs and dropped down to say 240 with a perfect diet. ide say do it. but until u get that bf % down. i wouldnt do a thing.

    Diet and cardio will give you the most success.

    Ok guys. I use to be 305 and i dropped to 245 in 4 months a couple years ago, so i will take everyones advice and get to 240 ish i think i can do it in 2-3 months and then hit the test.
