    Hard learning...

So i posted in the diet section to get pointers on dieting for what i want. I appreciate those of you who showed me how retarded the people, (such as myself) are where i came from. As you can read in my other posts i obviously have alot to learn about this stuff and would like to, but in the mean time i was hoping to find or get a little help on my short term goal. I want to cut bf% as low as possible which in my original state is low(due to very skinny frame with high metabolism). Anyways i would like to cut low and start dieting and working out right before i consider doing a "real cycle" per say. When i first used i had no idea about a forum like this and the people who got me into this had no idea about pct, stacking right and proper diet in full. I must add that i've used several kinds of aas but besides that i want to get my shit straight before using again. Any help on a good workout regimen for cutting bf% while keepin as much lean mass as possible? Any help is appreciated. Hoping to get this started on the first and never look back..... Thanks guys!

Well your honest, if nothing else.

We will get you going on the right track.

    Diet/training/gear.

    In that order.
