I am 5'9", 170lbs and a 40 year old male. I am an athelete looking to boost his performance and I would like to be more muscular. Right now I am training in the weightroom about 5 days a week. If I wanted to try steroids or HGH, where would I start. I would like to try something that has little side effects and want to ease into it and start with low dose. Any advice?
